The location was rather isolated, which made it very quiet but it also didn't feel extremely secure. The room was very stuffy with only a fan and no window that could be opened. It was very close to the bus station and also very cheap, so you were pretty much getting what you paid for. The staff did offer good tips on things to do in the area.

This is a great little hostel and staff is super helpful. It is not squeaky clean like KL hostel but I found it a nice little chill place to be.

Slept in a single room without window. Once the fan was on the room smelled musty. Still, I felt it was good value. The manager/owner was friendly and helpful. Went out of his way to make me feel at home. Location was good - close to everything you needed.

Low price, excellent wi-fi, great location (within 10 minutes of most city sites and bus stop). However, room does not have good privacy, you have to be careful curtain does not blow open (people from hallway can see in room) and not good soundproofing either. Owner is friendly. For a short budget stop over it is good value though.
