Nice small hostel to get you ready for your trip to Torres or for coming back from your hiking trip. Its run by the tour agency next door so they can help you plan your trip as well. Good place to meet people and cook since they have a large kitchen for the amount of people. Great breakfast with eggs and fresh fruit :)
The owners are very nice, attentive to details, itś a lovely small hostel with down comforters, hot showers, great kitchen for cooking meals and a cozy living room. Healthy, self serve breakfast. One problem is noise as the kitchen, living room, front entry face the sleeping rooms. Guests talking or checking in late disturb guests in the rooms. Quiet time is from 11pm but 10pm would be better; mentioning this Open Plan and ask guests to keep their voices low for everyones comfort please.
Wow, great staff. On top of thier game. Best breakfast we have had so far out of ten hostels too. Give you eggs to cook, yogurt, hommade bread and jam, OJ along with tea and coffee, and even fruit. Very clean and put together. The kitchen is excellent and has everything you need. Plus the place only has room for 8 people, so can intermingle with everyone, but the kitchen is never busy and its quiet when you want it to be. Great value and location is fine too. First 100% we have given.
An initial perfect stay we were disappointed to return to collect our bags and to be treated very differently. Having arranged to leave some belongings (including bag of food-clearly labelled with name and return to collect date) we returned to be treated very differently and were abruptly told the food had been eaten and other item disposed of by their staff. Travelling on a tight budget and looking forward to eating the food and using the supplies contained I find this totally unacceptable!
Definitely one of the best hostel's I've stayed at. The staff are super friendly, helpful

Great place to stay and prepare for the Torres del Paine adventure. Close to the supermarket & Erratic Rock (where the free TDP talk is). Hostel staff is super friendly.
It feels like a home away from home, not a hostel. The breakfast is the best I had in South America and the kitchen is so nice and well equipped.the rooms are comfortable, bathrooms really clean, great location, helpful staff; what more could you want! A fantastic hostel!!
Really nice cozy hostel, welcomed after serious trekking in the cold. Wifi and computer also good. Breakfast is v good and diy and eggs provided. Only issue was that we were kind of rudely kicked out at check out, not allowed to stay a couple hours to check in somewhere else which put a dampener on an otherwise nice hostel.
