Open 9am till 8pm. Minimum stay 2 nights. Located in Barking area Tinas London Guesthouse is the perfect accommodation option for those looking for a budget friendly option close to the Olympics Games Stadium in Stratford- which is just a ten minute drive from the guesthouse. A range of local shops, pubs and takeaways are all within easy access of the property, as is Barking station providing easy access to the city centre.
Here at Tinas London Guest house we offer a range of rooms- including double and triple rooms. Our triple room features king size bed and pull out sofa bed. All guest rooms feature shared bathroom facilities.
Tea & coffee making facilities.
Additional amenities on offer include:

- Free fast internet,
- Sky TV (free channels only) in the rooms.
- All rooms have fridge/ freezer, microwave, toaster, grill/oven, tea/coffee kettle.
We do not provide kitchen use for guests. All guest rooms have small kitchenette.
For your convenience there is a laundrette nearby.
Rooms are cleaned daily.
As mentioned already we are 10 mins by car from the Olympics Games Stadium in Stratford. We are also just 20 mins by car from Canary Wharf. The Bus EL1 (24 hrs) and EL2 stops outside the guesthouse and takes 5 mins from Barking station.

Children aged 5 to 16 years old pay the same price as an adult as they take a bed. Child under 5 is free if sharing the bed.
Payment is required by credit card. We do not accept cash or cheques. All bookings are pre authorised prior to arrival along with the £100 deposit required per room. Note if you do not turn up for the stay after booking here you will be charged one night stay.
**** £100 refundable holding deposit is required per room payable by credit card- this is a key deposit and upon check out and return of keys will be refunded- subject to room inspection.****
