Other than being very close to Guinness, Heuston Station, and Phoenix Park, Tipperary House really didn't offer much. Poor staff reception; we felt like we were interrupting his TV show. Dingy dirty bathroom facilities; not very clean at all. The rooms were minimal and if we weren't leaving first thing in the morning for our flight, I would have went somewhere else.

Hey Guys Thanks for your feed back but to be honest I think its a bit unfair your forgetting I did upgrade you to a better room with a private bathroom from the room you had booked into ,also all the bathrooms are cleaned and mopped out every morning .My job is to look after my customers and to tell them all the best places to go to Dublin which I really enjoy so dont worry you didnt interrupt me at all. Thanks Mark

Had 24 hour staff, helpful. Good location in heart of city. Rented room with 2 single beds - very roomy, the size of std hotel room. Good value. Room did not have good window shades, and only 1 of 2 mens shower rooms working, and the one working the doors did not open/close well.

Great B and B! The owners are lovely, accommodating, and full of great recommendations. The location is a close walk to phoenix park and the guiness factory but a far walk or tram ride away from the city center and a bit too empty for comfort at night.

Great value. Extremely close to the train station and the Guinness factory. The Ensuite room was a bit small, but was very clean. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was also an added plus in the morning. Definitely worth the money.

Tipperary House is a lovely hostel next to Heuston train station and about 15-20 minutes of walking to the city centre of Dublin. The staff is very friendly, talkactive and helpful. We had a nice twin room, the bathroom is on the corridor. Breakfast was included in the very good price, in comparison with other hostels located in the city centre, All in all we would really recommend this hostel to stay in Dublin.

It's a B&B hostel in a great location very close to Heuston Station. It doesn't have great facilities but at least it's very clean and has friendly staff.
