There is a fold up bed available on request in the living area.

The University district is a quiet and relaxing area, with loads of cafe's, pubs and shops yet still only 5-10 minutes walk from City Hall! .
Free on-street parking available, but we also have a bus stop just outside which is serviced by regular routes to the city and also out to the charming town of Lisburn. Conveniently situated a short stroll away from Malone St, which has many cafes and restaurants to choose from. A very fancy Starbuck is only 2 minutes away!
Each apartment is freshly and tastefully furnished, with two rooms and a spacious lounge/kitchen area. They all have state of the art flat screen plasma TVs installed in each room with a larger one in the lounge. Laundry facilities are available, as is a fully-modern kitchen with top of the range cooking and refrigeration appliances. Make us your home from home!

Fantastic value, great little apartments. Very clean and relaxed and a great base to explore the city. Only problem we had was the keys not working, seem to remember the last time I stayed I had the same problem. Other than that, would definitly recommend.
