Titanic Apartments Reviews

The Titanic Apartments were a great place to stay in Belfast, especially with a group of 5. It is located just down the street from Queen's University. To check in you have to go to the hostel across the street (Paddy's Palace) and you must also pay in cash. The staff was wonderful. They came several times to bring an extra bed, blankets, clean the oven... and always in a pleasant mood. Our apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, two bathrooms, washing machine...

Very good place to stay.

The girls that run the hostel are fabulous! They were so incredibly helpful with everything. As Americans we were having slight difficulty making adjustments to the streets, directions, places to party, good places to eat, even dialing home. They were extremely helpful I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a friendly face to go with such great customer service! Oh yeah and one of the girls looks straight up like Scarlett Johanson! Gorgeous and helpful girls!

We only stayed for 1 day because it was not made clear that the apartments were to be rented out as multi-units. Nowhere in the online booking process was there made mention of the fact that we were only booking 1 bedroom of the apartment. We were surprised and upset when another customer appeared in the apartment with no warning or expectation so we cancelled and left.

A great place to stay and the staff were teriffic. Most enjoyable place I've stayed in years.

DO NOT STAY HERE. BOOKING CANCELLED BY TITANIC APARTMENTS AND DEPOSIT NOT RETURNED. I received an email at 20.30 the day before my stay saying that there was an error with Hostelworld and that the apartments were over booked and that they could not honour my booking. This was despite the fact that I received numerous confirmation emails from hostelworld in the preceeding days. No alternative accomodation was provided and my deposit was not returned despite me repeatedly asking. Extremely poor!!!
