Reviews & Ratings Explained
The rating percentage is calculated from customers who booked within the last 12 months.

In arrival the staff member could not find our booking. We showed her our email confirmation for a 6-bed dorm, but it took at least 5 minutes for her to find us. We were then told we'd been put in a 10-bed dorm as the 6 bed was full. The 10 bed was far too crowded; 8 beds would have been tight. We didn't get a swipe card either as "the hostel is full", and were told to ask at reception each time we needed to get into our rooms. The next morning we were told to move to another room!

Staff was very helpful. The location is great just at the beginning of the walking street with plenty of ATMs and a market on the block. The patio is nice! Bathroom is cleaned daily and there is laundry service if you need it. Overall great value. No elevator FYI but I was fine with that!

If anyone reading this has gone to Sarajevo by car, you'll know it's a real pain finding a parking spot for it. So, we chose Tito46 because it stated that "free parking" was included. However: IT WAS NOT. We were suggested to use city parking with an hourly fee (for two days!), which would have been as expensive as the hostel itself. So, we chose private accomodation instead, same price including a private yard with parking. So, please update the info, dear Tito staff.

Our stay would have been brilliant if it weren't for the manner of most of the staff their. Only one member of staff was nice to us during our stay and she was the only person who couldn't speak any English! We were treated as though we were burdens for being there and it was quite frankly a dirty hostel. It is a shame because the location is so good, but the nature of the staff completely let the place down.

This is a good hostel with good location. Staff are ok, but I find the cleaning lady much more charming. Rates are cheap. Facilities are good. Would come stay here again.
