Really nice hostel but wish that breakfast had been included. Also, no private area to change clothes and that was somewhat awkward/frustrating. Other than that, perfect location and staff were friendly.

The toilets in the lobby are not clean. One way to improve is to have more frequent checks of the toilets from staff. 3 times out of 4, there were no more paper toilets and even a few hours later, it hasn't been refilled. The sink is often blocked by foam and paper. The cleaning of the bedroom is poor too I went just after the cleaner: no wipe of the floor in the toilet, no hair removed from the shower. Good service at the hostel entrance, bad in the bar (strong dark hair waitress)

The stay was very nice. Although the organised Walking Tour lasted far too long at over 2.5 hours and the Bar Crawl was not value for money and run by a very creepy guy.

This hostel is SO NICE. More like a hotel than a hostel. Super comfy beds, lovely bar/ cafe area with great out door chill area as well. They offered a fab walking tour and medi was full of historical facts etc and very animated. And all the staff were on standby for anything you needed. Really worth your money! Go here now!

The positives: location was unbeatable, facilities were clean and the whole no-keys/fingerprint thing was seriously next level stuff. The negatives: wifi did not work in the dorm, staff was meh and the lights in the bathrooms and bedroom were extremely annoying (they were activated by motion .. lights in the bathroom would stay on 2 secs before you would have to do jumping jacks to turn them on and lights in the room would never turn off even when you tried to sleep)

It was a great stay all around. Met lots of young travelers. Location was PRIME. Right in the heart of Seville with lots of moderately priced tapa restaurants within a moments walk. beds where surprisingly comfortable and there's an awesome patio outside as well as a kitchen area in the basement. 10/10

I often think about opening my own hostel, and know what's important. This is one of the few that has implemented all my ideas and more, and I would rate it as one of the best in the world that I've stayed in. Top security. Ultra new and imaginative fitout. All facilities. Great location. Adjoining coffee shop and snack bar. Just excellent.

This hostel's glaring flaw is its complete lack of a social atmosphere. There is almost no attempt by the hostel to create a social atmosphere for its guests. Many guests felt this way when I was there. Other than that, great facilities, strong wifi, great location. By creating a social atmosphere, not overcharging for the water and snacks they sell, and having their staff be a little more involved with guests this hostel will be perfect. Truly, fix the social problem.

The location couldn't be better, right next to the cathedral. Really helpful staff who spoke good English. The hostel has its own cafe which was good value for money. Only thing lacking was a nice communal area. Oh, and having the showers ensuite could get a bit annoying if sharing with inconsiderate guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome bunks, super comfy and clean, great staff. The only thing to add, it would be great to have a rooftop, but is not that bad to have an old Bank Safe as common area as well as the cinema area.

No kitchen. Bitchy staff. Breakfast over priced. One positive was its closeness to Starbucks and the cathedral and Mexican next door.

A really clean, airy and bright hostel with great value for money. Our group of 5 was very impressed with the ample facilities (showers, storage and charging units) and fingerprint-access security in our room for 6! The location is just around the corner from the Alcazar palace and a tram station that can take you around the city. Overall a great place to stay.

It's like a hotel more than hostel, the staff is able to help but seems no passion in work, however the location is very good, and the room is clean and lovely

Best location in the city. The beds are comfortable and clean, modern set up (blog light and pouch your your stuff. Good security and staff was helpful. Couldn't think of how a hostel could be better than this in Seville.

The quality was nice, but there were some problem that could be easily solved - in the shower thereis absoulety no room to change which would be usefull considering how many strangers there are together in one room - privacy is needed. The second thing is that it would be much better if the client could choose whether he prefer uper or lower bed. Wifi also could work not only in bathroom but also in a bed. And additional socket in bed would be useful.

Amazing hostel in every way comfortable beds sockets for each bed laundry cinema room only bad thing was there was no real common room for everyone to socialise except the kitchen (which you can't cook in and is not very well equipped). Seems like they used the space which would have been a common room / social area for a cafe which is open to the public.
