i went by bike to obihiro jr station it took me more than an hour. by the way the telephone number in hostelworld is wrong.

This place is perfect,I think it is one of the few oppotunities you will get to experience japan in an authentic way. The familly who run it were both kind in generosity and spirit and really made me feel at home. It is mostly used by japanese travellers so it is a great oppotunity to find out everything you wanted to know about the japanese way of life. If you are in Hokkiado then go stay for a few nights if for nothing else then go for the food.
