The night manager was the rudest person we have encounter EVER on hotel staff. He barley even greeted us when we entered, forcefully tried to get us to book tours with him (at 1am in the morning after just arriving from a horrific journey) we told him we had already arranged a driver for the next day and he got really angry that it wasn't through us and then told us that his phone was broken when I asked to use it to call our driver to rearrange the time for the next day. Really bad experience.
The best value for money hostel we got in Cambodia. Free pick up from coach station was a really bonus and avoided us the tuk tuk scammers!!:-) Also rooms were comfy and staff was really friendly. Only downside was the WiFi was only working at reception area and not in the rooms, but then it was nice to chillout away from the net!
One of the staff was really unfriendly and the rest not really much better. Good value for money if you exclude this though

The tuk tuks at the bus station tried to tell us that Tom and Jerry was really far away in an effort to get us to book at some other place, presumably where they get a commission for bringing people. We stuck to our original plans and we were not disappointed. However, at the last minute one more traveler joined and it was impossible to get a hold of the hostel to change our reservation from 2 to 3. In the end they charged us $1 for the third person and we shared a bed. Not bad for the price.
