Within an easy walk of the train station and ideal location with lots of local eateries close by. Staff member Tom was very welcoming. I used a four bed dorm which was clean. The en suite bathroom was tiny though and had a job to turn round in it.

Cool hostel, however didn't feel that safe walking from the main train station to the hostel. Stayed in November. Would most likely have a better atmosphere in peak season. Kitchen could use a good clean.

Very nice hostel, very clean n helpful staff.. We had some slight problem with the hot water while taking a shower but nothing major.. Not as badly located as some people said if you are brave enough to walk fast 10min to go downtown..

nice atmosphere in a clean hostel quite close to the city centre, though a bit expensive

Very convenient location. Close to restaurants & walking distance from transport (train, tram). The double room we stayed in was spotlessly clean. There is also a fridge & small kitchen in the basement as well as a laundry area. Highly recommended!

Good hostel, staff very friendly and helpful. Place had a nice laid back atmosphere. My single room was very basic and no locker in room, but I guess I got what I paid for.

From either station it is quite a long walk especially with cases and not easy to find the way.

Most helpful staff, made me feel welcome and very much at home.

room and staff were great. Location is only 5 mins walk from the station Only complaint was the breakfast which was sub-standard. No milk for the coffee and a small amount of bread. We think that this hostel should either lift the standard of food on offer or forget about providing breakfast

Nice and new and clean. And full of books!

Good location, helpful staff, excellent facilities

Perfect place to stay!!!

Great idea having bicycles to rent, much easier to get around the city quickly.

Nice hostel. near the railway station, nice staff, clean rooms. City is lovely too, I really recommend museo of cinema. Wifi didn't work at room, that's only minus.

Great place, one of the best places I have ever stayed as a backpackers. It is not exactly in downtown but you can get there by walking in 10 min, and also around the hotel are bars and restaurant for have fun. i really recommend this hotel.

Thank you so much for making my holiday in Turin worth every penny (cent:)! See you again!

Although it is in San Salvario quarter, actually it is quite safe for tourist. If you happen to be psychology scare, you may use the main road to access it (distance almost the same) since this hostel is at the edge of San Salvario. Staff was amazing and the room was clean. Wifi is good. Don't worry much about San Salvario article you read. Give this hostel a try, really good budget hostel :) #fromMalesia

Nice hostel near Porta Nova train station. Very relaxed atmosphere, nice communal area to chill out. Toast and coffee offered for breakfast (not advertised) but I would recommend the cafe down the street for breakfast and you get a discount for staying at Tomato.
