We respect the neghborhoods who live in this area for many years. And most of the neghborhoods are elderly person. We do not accept traveler who do not respect local people.
We DO NOT accept travellers who
- make a noise until midnight.
- smoke cigarette in front of the house of neighborhood.
- throw the cigarette butts on the ground
- drink alcohol too much

Between 9:00 - 11:00.
You can leave your luggage before check-in.

Our guesthouse is exclusively non-smoking.
Also there is no smoking space in front of guesthouse.
This is strictly prohibided by the local town law (Shimizu Cyounai Kai).

Please do not make a big noise after 21:00 both in & outside of the guesthouse.
Most of the neighborhoods are elderly person & sleep early. Please respect them.
