Cool guest house to stay. Good location and good price. The staffs are very nice. There is a public bathroom nearby. I enjoyed the electric bath there (highly recommend).

Great staff and close to the train station. Great yakitori place just around the corner!

The staff was very nice and communicable in English. The bathroom was clean and it's convenient to walk between Kyoto Station and Tomato. With such a location near Kyoto Station, the rate is not expensive.

Adequate but very basic hostel. There are much better out there for similiar prices. The staff were really nice though.

great staff...very helpful. Bike hire was awesome and very reasonalbly priced. Bedding isn't the greatest...hard beds. But clean and quiet. Recommended.

Easy to get attached to, wifi is brilliant however the walls are very thin. Despite the signs, no-one walks slowly or softly and this can be heard a lot

Location is very average, yeah it's only a 10min walk from Kyoto station, but there is nothing else around. The place is cold and old. The bathrooms had a really bad smell, and there was no atmosphere what so ever. But aside from this the staff I met were really pleasant and helpful.
