Bed Bugs. Completely covered in bites the following morning. Need I say more? Actually this review should really be for the 'Metro' hotel just down the road - it's the partner hotel. The manager told us the boiler was being repaired at Tony's House, he offered us his other property, which is apparently 'exactly the same' - so I assume the bed bugs thing applies to both.

We had a tiny tiny room in the hotel's basement. Well, i guess it is what you can get for this price... The breakfast wasn't very good also.

We were moved to another hotel nearby (Metro hotel) because of overbooking. The first staff member was nice and the first room we got looked nice too. Although when we were about to sleep we discovered bed bugs. We then got a new room (no ensuite, in poorer condition) which seemed to be bug-free. When we asked for compensation the guy at the desk told us to "chill". In the end we got 10£ off. I didnt expect much from a cheap hotel, but bed bugs isnt ok. It seemed business as usual to them though

Average hotel located close to paddington station. This is a nice area with plenty of possibilities for eating. This is also an area where you feel safe when walking around after sunset :-) The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no kitchen, And no possibility of a cooked breakfast. But they deliver a tray with bread, juice, crossaints etc to the room. Don't eat the crossaints though, they are bad! Room is clean, but we had company of a mouse, living under my bed.

Sure we deserve more than this hotel... but it was our best-rated-cheapest-good-location option.
