We really enjoyed our stay here, probably the best hostel we stayed at in Malaysia - it might not be luxury but it has a lot of character. Tony is a really nice guy, he gave us helpful advice and cooked us up a lovely breakfast. The hostel is in a quiet side street but is within walking distance to all the main sights. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place. Nice, clean n colorful gh. Rooms with big windows and balcony. Location in the heart of town, easy to walk to all the attractions, red square, clock tower, river side and Chinatown all within 10 min walk. Very good price hostel. And the owner Tony was a nice guy, very friendly and helpful with travel infos. And we really love his pancake, mmmmmm yummy yummy. We really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended!

Tony, the host is friendly and informative. Location of the hostel to major attraction (dutch square) is barely 5-10mins walk / 1-1.5km away. Stone throw away from the hostel, melaka's famous capitol satay celup is overrated in my opinion. Better local food elsewhere - jonker street. Breakfast cooked by Tony himself was very good and I would say it's better than some 5-star hotel's full western set!

Tony was great and the room and bathrooms were clean. Tony put a lot of attention into security of the place and tips about the city. He was helpful when needed, but not overbearing which we appreciated. The free wifi worked great and there was always hot water in the showers. Located on a side street, the hostel was quiet and we were able to get a good night sleep.
