Tony is a interesting character. His place is decorated with his own artwork over the walls and he has very friendly pet cats. The place did feel homely however it lacked cleanliness.

tony picked us up from the port upon arrival. we booked a 6bed mixed dorm . a double bed n single bed were on the bottom floor/bunk, and another double bed single bed mattresses were on the bunk above accessible by ladder. the room looked very quaint n cosy upon arrival but it was dusty. chair in room was broken. pillows on the upper bunk arent good for sleeping.no wifi. salty shower water.the good thing is it was very near some atv/car rental shops and it was a 10 walk to perissa beach!

I wouldn't stay here again.

Tony and Kathy & their children are very nice. You will have to ride a bus to see the more famous attractions or to spend any time in the mountains of the island, but if you like to swim or lay at the beach, this is an excellent location (only 10 minutes walk from the black beach). If you prefer to eat cheap or right next to the beach, then the little town in which this hostel is will be perfect for you. On the other hand, the Internet here compared to other hotels on the island is slow.

Tony's villa was perfect! Right near the beach where we were able to watch the sunrise! 24hr bakery round the corner! Tony helped us hire out quad bikes for our stay which was great value and perfect place! :)

Good, clean, 5 minutes from Perissa Beach, but 30 minutes from Oia and Fira.

I was staying at Tony's in September'12. That was a real value for money! Villa is about 300m walk from the black-sand-beach (really beatiful!!). Prices are really low but room is clean, has a fridge (you can save on breakfasts), a TV-set. Villa is just about 20m from the main street with lots of cafes, shops and rent centers. The bus stop is also not far from the villa. Tony's wife speaks English well and can give you some advice to make your staying in Santorini really cool!!))

Fantastic place to stay, full of character and personalised charm. the staff were fantastic, easy going and helpful! the room was amazing! i loved the decorations and the bed was lovely and comfortable! the location is good too and there seemed to be a nice crowd staying in the villas. thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be recommending this hostel to friends and family :)

Unusual stay- found tony to be slightly creepy, however saw very little of the owners. Good value for money and great location- 3 min walk to perissa beach ( Awsome black beach) - close to many good restraunts. Hour bus ride to the main town of satorini however the beach near accommodation is very good and built up with bars ect. Tv in room didn't work due to lack of power points - could only operate the fridge, aerial or the tv- nothing at the same time. Value for money. Suite to mixed pairs.

The only positive I have to say about this hotel was the closeness to the beach. Other than that I really did not like it. It does not have a swimming pool like it shows in a photo, its covered up. It says there is zircon but you have to pay extra each night for it. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There is a lot nicer places in Perrisa for the same price.

Good welcome !!

I just stayed for one night but found the hotel to be clean, central and quiet. I moved on to another hotel but now wish that I had stayed on at Tony's Villa. It was only a couple of minutes from the beach and everything else in Perissa. If you are looking for a hotel that is a bit different and is nice and quiet, this is the one.

Tony's villa is in Perissa as opposed to the city centre Fra. The buses to take you into town as irregular so unless you have a car or a bike I would recommend staying closer to the town. However very close to the black, volcanic beach.

Aircon was within the room, but not included within the price. This was not stated when booking. Good location.

A lot of false advertisements. Site says they have a pool but it is boarded up, says they have air conditioning but it costs 8 euro a day, says free transport to and from the port as the first sentence which is true but not without a lot of complaining from Tony! He almost didn't take us because he said he would be too tired the next day. He wanted us to take a bus that goes to the top of the mountain and then walk down the mountain to the port on a windy road with no sidewalk and traffic!
