I would have prefer nice and smiley staff, but well, otherwise, the hostel is clean and convenient.
Very cosy and homely furnishing! Stayed in a 3-room private dorm and really loved the comfortable size of the room as well as the huge common living area outside the room. Reminds me of a B&B rather than a hostel. The shared toilet was also very good - just like a hotel. The only thing that fell short was the wifi connection. I was unable to connect to the secondary access points from my room upstairs. The front desk staff couldn't help much so I had to go downstairs to use the Internet instead.

the staff, both the man and the young girl are very nice and friendly, clean hostel, big rooms, comfortable beds, but one small concern is not too many toilets, but in general i am happy with my stay here....thank you! :)
Had a lovely appartment at the top of the hostel - separate from the rest of the hostel.
Stayed one night in the 11-bed dorm, which was split into one spacious 6-bed room and a smaller and cramped 5-bed dorm (with a door separating the two). There was one ensuite bathroom for the whole room, which was clean and spacious, but it also meant long waits for the toilet when someone was showering. Beds were comfy, had individual reading lights and big lockers. Staff was friendly, but the day we arrived, there was a festival going on, so our beds still had the previous guests' sheets.
Located literally in the middle of the city. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Facilities in our double bed room where clean and spacious. Atmosphere was perfect. Would definitely come back.
Breakfast was basic but adequate (cornflakes and milk, bread, jam, marmalade). Stayed in a room of 5 which was attached to a room of 8, with only one bathroom (shower & toilet) between 11 people, which wasn't really enough. Otherwise no complaints, and would probably stay there again.
This hostel was amazing and in a perfect location. The staff was really friendly and did not hesitate to help us with giving us information on what to do in Zakopane. I would definitely stay here again.
I totally reccomend this hostel to anyone staying in Zakopane. I went there with a group of friends to hike in summer, and from the first moment all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in every aspect: letting us use the facilities before and after checking in/out, arranging trips and helping with some lost-baggage phonecalls. Once we woke up really early to hike and the staff prepared breakfast just for us. The only thing lacking are enough showers for too many sweaty hikers ;)
If you are a party person, you will probably like the location which is on the main busy street of Zakopane with tons of Bars, clubs and restaurants. But if you want to enjoy quiet couple evenings after a long hiking day, like us, you should avoid it. During night, it can be very loud and impossible to sleep! Stayed in the apartment and our room was always smelling Mc Donald´s food even letting the window closed when going out. Besides that, it is a nice hostel and facilities. Staff helpful too!
Nice hostel in the center of Zakopane. The room was nice and clean, plus we got upgraded from a 3-bed private room with shared bathroom to one with private bathroom for free. However, if you have a room with windows to the street, it can be quite loud at night because of a lot of drunken people. Better sleep with windows closed and/or bring earplugs. Kitchen facilities are available. Fridge and dishes were clean, but some pots were rather disgusting. Wifi was fine.
The upstairs apartment ia nice and moat of the staff are helpful. But they could give towels for free charging for them seams mean.
