I've booked hostels with you before and everything was fine and in order, exept last time that I booked a nigth in the Topaz Hotel in Malta (Erba Mwiezeb StreetBugibba SPB3025Bugibba) and when I arrived there was no reservation, so I want the amount that your charged to my credit card back!!! Is fair!! Thank you.
