Room could be cleaner and staff could be nicer, a smile costs nothing ! Other than that everything was fine, cant complain for £6.50!

I enjoy almost all things I found in the hostel exception made to some dirtiness in bathroom and a little cold in room because the heaters were not working but overall was a good time spent.

hotel avec de la moisissure dans la salle de bain complémtement inacceptable même pour une auberge de jeunesse, moquette sale et tachée , odeur désagréable dans la chambre, cuvette des toilettes cassée bref tout le ménage est à revoir

I was in a low demand season so one toilet/shower in a floor is enough. But in a high demand season? I don't know

the hostel is not bad, I suggest it for short stays (3-4 days), the location is good. But too few toilets and room are dirty (dust everywhere). Anyway staff was very helpful and people very friendly.

Very unclean, dorm room floor clearly not hoovered for a while. Bathrooms filthy and flooded..never seen such a disgusting shower in a hostel. Staff that greeted us on arrival seemed clueless about the hostel and were unfriendly. The only positive thing was the lockers in the rooms, which a lot of hostels in London don't seem to have. The best part was the top bunk in the dorm though, the ladder was at the wrong end of the bed! LOL.

The hostel was really dirty. When we came to our room there was dirty bedsheets and we had to go tell the staff to come change them. The Bathroom was horrible, there was some kind of mold in the shower and I think the water has gone under the tiles at the floor and made some damage there. The Location was ok, it wasn't at the centre but there were busses and a metro line near. Breakfeast was toast and cereal, nothing special. But it was cheap so we didn't have much expectation.

It was a decent place, the bathroom floor was full of water the few times I went there. But other than that pretty good for the price. Stayed in a room with four beds, the sheets were cleaned the bed not that comfortable, but it wasn't that bad. They store your luggage for you if you want to get a last minute sightseeing. Close to the underground. Staff was helpful.

Something gave me a lot of itchy bites during the night, may be bed bugs

Bathrooms are shared male and female and there are only a few that have to be shared between the whole hostel, and to make matters worse they only seem to be cleaned once a day. Therefore they are revoltingly disgusting the majority of the time. On the up side breakfast was okay.

The pillow was so small that it almost didn't exist. Besides this, it's a good hostel for a reasonable price.

After reading the reviews on here i was nervous about staying here, but overal it was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room i was in (four bed male en-suite) was nice and good value for money. It was a little cold at night, but that's nothing to cry over. When i looked at the map i was thinking OMG it's far! but it's not actually. Unless your 20 stone, i see no reason why you can't walk from the hostel onto Queensway, so yea a good stay!

Located very close to Royal Oaks tube station which was great. Staff were friendly. BUT, the Wi-Fi constantly dropped in and out which was annoying. The carpets could be replaced. Overall, good enough hostel if you are on a budget.
