A great hostel! Value for money, the staff are very kind and welcoming, and are always ready to help even with issues regarding outside the hostel. It is also situated in the best part of Amman! So lots to see in the area!

Great experience encountering the hostel keeper which is a great person, was here anytime we needed, and the location in downtown Amman is just perfect, near to any facilities and the cheapest and tastiest restaurants in Amman.

The rooms were very cold (since the windows did not close properly and the fact that there was not heating). The lights in one for the rooms didn't work. The manager didn't speak english very well. There was not toilet paper. The bathrooms in all the room was no good. There was no hot water in general. The sink nobs did not work properly. The times when there was hot water it was boiling and it was impossible to take a shower without getting either burned or freezing.

I have never met nicer people than in Jordan, especially the people who run this hostel. The father doesn't speak a lot of English but don't let that put you off he is so much fun just give it time. The son speaks more English which is helpful. We spent most of our time in Amman with the people who run the hostel because they were so nice. They ended up buying us dinner and desert because we were in the lobby while they were fixing a light in our room. This hostel was the highlight of our trip!
