The location is amazing. The second night everyone was freezing as there was no heating. I also booked a female dorm (and I don't mind mixed dorms) and a male was booked in. The other ladies were not overly happy. the sunset was amazing, Loved the whole place.

Best hostel I have ever stayed in - the owners were so kind to us! Great location, friendly hospitable feel, great hang out room with books, tv, movies etc, adequate kitchen and great dining area. Breakfast included never hurts either! Hands down a great hostel.

This is by far the best hostel I have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and linen, warm, cosy...i could go on and on! The owners are so helpful and friendly, they really make you feel at home. The hostel has a really great sitting room with a TV, movies, books etc and beautifully decorated kitchen/breakfast area in the basement. Great location in Caernarfon's centre as well! Incredible value for money, and a great breakfast included in the price never hurts!

Alright place to stay at; as in it's close to Snowdonia for walking. However staff is never there to greet you I had to let myself into the hostel, my room, kitchen etc. Stingy on food too, upon finding the kitchen there was a table of bread and various spreads displayed, clearly to be used by guests. I had a slice of bread as id just got off a 6hr train, the manager caught me and i was told i wasn't allowed breakfast tomorrow. Staff didn't help with anything, i was ultimately there alone

Lovely stay - it wasn't peak season so staff said we could check out 2/3 hours after we were meant too, and breakfast would not be a set time for us etc, it was all very flexible towards our needs! A nice surprise in the attic room, very large, clean and comfortable. Location was superb!

A lovely hostel in a great location with a cosy living room, a large dining room and a massive kitchen with everything you need (including a dishwasher!). Owners were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the attic room which was more like a small flat and we just wish we could have had more time to enjoy the space (just don't stay when there are gales and heavy rain, you'll get no sleep!) Would definitely stay again.
