Yes: Friendly, responsive staff, clean and mildew-free bathroom, clean beds, problem free booking.
So-so: Breakfast, location a little far, (but in the green though), a bug or two.

the place was clean, it is very nice and the staff is helpful but it was not in as good of a location as I expected and the smell of mold and mildew was so strong our cloths smelled for days. i'm still having severe allergies four days later. Our group had two rooms, and both were nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff is terrific and went out of their way to be helpful. The only downside is a slightly remote location - it's about a 20 minute walk to West Lake, and there aren't shops or restaurants nearby. However, it's on the bus line, so easy enough to get around by bus. We enjoyed our stay here.Our group had two rooms, and both were nicely decorated and comfortable. The location was out of the hustle and bustle of town, which was great. Adam, Candy and Peter are fantastic and eager to help with everything. Great place to just hang out and relax watching a dvd. Reading lights in the rooms would be a good addition as well as better ventilation in the rooms. Really glad we stayed here.The location was out of the hustle and bustle of town, which was great.
