The staff turned out to be overstrained with simple questions wich they tried to answer in an unfriendly way. In the dining hall there were two marriages celebrated on one day, where the music was put up so incredible loud that one couldnīt talk on a normal level inside the room with closed doors. The room had only one little window wich was very high up the wall, so it looked like a cellar room. On the wall next to the bed there was a big moist yellow stain. Breakfast we didnīt try

We arrived tired on a rainy day. The staff claim they did not receive the 1st night booking, and offered us a discounted rate of US25 for a KTV converted room! We booked returned accommodation for our last day with them, concern about their reservations procedure. The rooms are old, and US40 is way too pricey for such a place in a small city of such developing country. There is distinct foreigner rates we paid as I noticed locals paid WAY less than US40 at the check out counter.
