Lack of bathrooms and charging points.

Rooms can be improved with a sound proof door

The location is just 15 minutes walk from Lucern Main Station. The staff is very helpfull with tourist destination information. Security is excellent as I had the experience of leaving my bag at the lobby and it was secured by hotel staff.

The hostel is clean and the staff there are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is a bit expensive but good for value. It is expensive for everything in Switzerland anyway. We were happy for the our choice.

Not so close to station, but close to business district. Quite and clean. Friendly staff.

Very Good Hotel, Room is Nice

This was our first stay in a hostel and we were pleasantly surprised. The beds and bedding were comfortable and clean. The room was mopped and clean. No frills, but everything you need for a comfortable nights sleep and an amazing view right onto the river at the base of the old tower wall. Great value for the money. The clerk welcomed us, gave us a tour book and a verbal guide to some of the sites we should try to see.

The reception area is deceptively nice, but the accommodation is average. There is free WiFi and the view from our room was super nice as it was facing the river.

Basic, but clean. Good value.

The hostel is quite well located and works more like a hotel than a hostel. The Scot guy in reception is very friendly and kind. Considering the high prices in Switzerland I think this hostel is good value for the traveler.

Stayed next to the river which was quite nice and quiet.

It's very clean, near the station(just 10 minutes walking by the reveriside),and have a good riverview. Breakfast is very good and all the time can use kitchenroom. Wifi is available in the room.

Tourist Hotel Lucerne has been, by far, the best place I\'ve stayed at while traveling in Europe! The staff is extremely friendly and incredibly helpful, the facilities are clean and visually appealing, and the free breakfast was fantastic. For those who want a mature, relaxing place to stay after traveling around, this is the place to go to!!! Thank you for the hospitality Tourist Hotel Lucerne!

l had no high expectations as l was realistically only looking for a bed. Howeveve l was impressed with the accommodation l was give. it was a doulbe bed with shared bathroom on the top floor- attic- not balcony view. However the staff eplained to me l woud only be sharing with another couple. the cleanliness of the room was very good and the breakfast and customer service, everyone was very helpful/ l would definetly recommend this hotel, just minutes away from train/bus station.
