Everything was fine during my stay there. I had only one problem with connection to the Internet, it didn't work well.

The location was close to the train station and a very short walk to some major sights. The place was slightly eerie and didn't feel clean but it was liveable.

Absolutely perfect for a little stay in Florence, near the train station, the Mercato Centrale and the city center : everything is in a walking distance. Wifi works and the place is calm and clean. I couldn't have ask for more for the reasonnable price. I would come back here in a future stay in Florence. Grazie.

Great location, adorable and very obliging staff and good facilities. Highly recommend the place.

A pleasant stay but the bathroom shower screens in both rooms needed repairing and the little glass shelve in one of the bathrooms was slanting downwards making it impossible to rest even a hairbrush on it.

Positive Aspects: Rooms are clean and the AC is free and works. Negative Aspects: It's a place to sleep. And that's it. No common kitchen nor common room. Besides the rooms, there is only a corridor and the reception office.

Tourist House Liberty was a very nice place to stay. The rooms were big, clean and the beds were comfortable. I felt very safe and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Good location but very dark place and the rooms are very very small with little ventilation. Sometimes the door to get into the hallway would be double locked and would have to wait a few minutes after ringing the doorbell to get in.

Wifi didn't reach our room. Room smelled vaguely of cigarettes and must. Beds were so rickety I feared the headboard or footboard would come off every time I turned over. The location was best aspect.

Location was close to the main train station and a short walk to many sights and the city centre. Very hard to interact with other travelers so very little atmosphere or vibe. We stayed in a double room which was very spacious. Air conditioning unit was very noisy - we opted to leave the window open instead. Bathroom was a weird design - toilet was in the shower. This subsequently meant the toilet was soaked after showering. Is a good choice if you are looking for a room after a day sightseeing.

It was very good. The staff were very helpfull, they gave us a map and recommended the must see in Florence as well as some restaurants that were good.

Great location. The room had character. Everything was fine and I'd stay there again. The only thing I didn't like was the guy that first checked us in was a bit a bit moody but it seems they rotate the staff a bit and all the other girls that worked the reception office were lovely.

Amazing location and easy to find from train station. Staff were helpful in pointing out specific sites to see. Bathroom and rooms were cleaned daily. Free wifi. Not that high off the street so could be a bit noisy but otherwise a great place to stay in Florence.

About a 15 minute walk from "downtown" tourist areas. Staff was friendly but I wished the reception was open till 9pm instead of 7pm. Pretty secure and clean. Right above a grocery store, which was convenient.

Really good located. Only 5 minutes to San Marco and 10 to Duomo
