I booked for 3 nights at Tower Bridge and ended up staying 3 weeks! Steve and all the staff at this gorgeous lil hostel were the highlite of my tour of Latin America. The location is amazing: 10 minutes to the BEST swimming beach with solid surfing breaks; 5 minutes to a great local market and delicious restaurants, 5 minutes in a cab to awesome clubs and best of all theres a gym next door! The price is a bargain for clean dorms or private cabanas. Why leave?! Thanks for the good timesxox!!

We have extended our stay by 3 weeks because its such a fun and friendly place, foods a 2-10 min walk away or cab ride for 25 pesos, there a couple of excellent beaches a 15min walk away. The music gets turned down at midnight (unless every one in the hostel is still up partying which has happened). It is definitely rustic, theres no hot water & things are bit tired looking so if your super picky about the bathrooms and aren't very social then its probably not the place for you. but we LOVE it

I got a offered a free drink for a review it seems a common practice at the hostel, its a bit far from the beach about 20 min walk if you know how to get there, you need to take a taxi to go to the main beach, food options around the hostel are limited. its kind of far from everything. Only one bathroom for the guys dorm, same thing with girls, and it gets very dirty! pool is nice! not very safe you don't get a key and door is always open, mattresses are painful.

I had a good time at this hostel, there's a beautiful pool, lockers, a woman brings a basketful of fresh bread and muffins every morning! Plus the owner of the hostel and I went off to play football with some locals which was really good fun. Great price, good bar with cheap beer, don't walk from the bus station to save money like I did though, just get a taxi, they're so cheap anyway!

Hard to find! on the mainroad is a gasstation, there you have to turn right (up the little hill) and the nex one left. this is more a path, than a street. at the end of this "street" it's on the right side. it's a little paradise in the middle of waste land. you need 12 minutes to walk to the ocean, it's quite ok. the little pool and the atmosphere are awesome. when you are there, you should definitely do the fishing-tour!! little nice shacks in a garden full of jungle plants.

Excellent atmosphere! Pool, bar and bungalows themselves are all very beautifully done. Nice, interesting international travellers come together in the Tower Bridge. A very mellow place to hang out! Highly recommendable!

Tower Bridge is a great hostel! I chose to extend my stay and learn Spanish at Experiencia. The hostel has been full with people from all over the world - Iceland, Turkey, Austrialia, France, Britian, Sweden, Chile, New Zealand, New York. Steve the owner is very vibrant and accomodating. The reviews say that it is a bad location, but it is close to Playa Carizzilillo which I think is the best beach to swim, surf, or learn to surf. It is a fifteen minute walk. The Benito Juarez market is a 10 minute w

Great place. Laidback, chilled and cheap - just what a hostel should be! Lovely pool, great atmosphere and the bar tender makes great cocktails for 20 pesos. It's a short taxi ride or collectivo from the main town and 20 min walk to the best swimming beach in Puerto. Would recommend it.

I stayed at the tower bridge for 3 days and the atmosphere is very good, the bar has cheap drinks and the staff is very friendly, my bungalow is very large and clean, and Steve the owner is very friendly and he is fixing new things to the hostal. Is 10 to 15 mins walking to the beach Carrizalillo, and the market is 10 mins walk for shoping. I recomended this hostel very highly to all travellers!!

This hostel has a young and vibrant atmosphere. With a swimming pool, games (there's a giant jenga...) and a very cheap bar you don't get bored there. The staff is helpful and nice, some speak english others spanish. The beds are comfy and there is a bunch of hammocks and couches to relax on. The place could use more common toilets but apparently they are building some already. It is located inside the city, still at walking distance or 25p cab ride from the main beach and carrizalillo.

Steve went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay from ensuring a light bulb was replaced and that everything was clean and tidy. He also provided heaps of advice about sights and where to be extra careful as females.
