great atmosphere, very cool character, perfect choice for routard and low budget travellers. The only drawbacks are cheap coaches and sometimes cheap beds...but hey, you pay almost nothing! Obviously can be little noisy if your neighbours decide to party all night...but you should join them instead of complaining! steve, the owner, is a super fast overactive guy from england...he is kind and funny...if you can understand what he is actually saying;) great value for the price Daniele (Italy)

I'm a 27 year old Aussie and I have stayed in loads of hostels around the world but this is hands down the best I have seen. Youl will instantly become best mates with the bar man Jesse and the French frog chef Alex they have that place running sweet and are great blokes ( tell them you know Rossco ). I'd give this place 10/10 if you want a pool a bar and a sweet atmosphere.

First you think that you enter in a hostel and then you realize fast that you are close to the paradise. The atmosphere created by the extravagant owner Steve is magic. The swimming pool is perfect when you come back from the sea and the bar;man Jesse offered really good and tasty cocktails for cheap, and Alexis, a french chef, prepare some stuff like guacamole, fries and fruit salad. I recommand this hostel for every people who want to be out of time for a while...

Very nice hostel! Good rooms with/without bathroom. Garden with swimmingpool. It is never bad thing to have pool in the garden. :) Safe place with securityperson at night time. Bar with colourful coctails and small dancefloor was nice too! Kitchen with everything necessery. I can recommend this place for anyone.

Had an excellent stay here. The hostel has its own charm and the staff create a great atmosphere. A great choice for anyone that wants to be in walking distance to the best beach for swimming (Carrizanillo) or that is looking for a social hostel to while away a few days. The cocktails courtesy of Jesse in the hostel bar are worth coming here in themselves, but all the amenities are up to scratch and you won't be disappointed. If Alexis is still there try and beat him at ping pong, I challenge u!

Tower Bridge is great--This is the second time I've been back to enjoy some good times at the hostel, complete with rockin poolside bar. This time around there were fiestas each night until around midnight or so with 15 peso beers and 25 peso cocktails. Julie was a great 'innkeeper' and kept everything in check with style, and Steve/Chris (owners/brothers) were entertaining as usual!

Clean, friendly staff, nice pool and definite value for money! About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Be sure to check out the restaurant just around the corner, next to the Pemex on the main road. GREAT hamburgers! Looking forward to returning again in the future :)

I had fun staying here and met some great people. The hostel itself is pretty cool - it´s got a pool and a bar with fairy lights. That said, it´s a shame that it´s not cleaner, the bathroom in my room was pretty dirty. There´s also no soap anywhere, so you can´t wash your hands properly. I´m also fairly certain that I got flea bites from the animals. The hostel is close to the market which is good but actually quite far from all of the beaches, which is bad. I´d try somewhere else next time.

It was not as close to Carrizalillo beach as it said on the Hostel presentation, and that was something we were really hoping for... The hostel is clean and the facilities are very confortable! Julieta at the desk is really sweet and goes out of her way to help everyone. Chris, the owner`s brother was a little chatty for my taste

This place is off the richter. The atmosphere is amazing, I don't know what these other reviews are talking about. Steve is a legend and will do what ever it takes to show you a good time. Location is about a 2 minute taxi ride from town, nearby beach. Totally chilled out.

It felt like home when I was growing up! (I have four brothers and three sisters.) The location was perfect for us, as we had small children with us.

I haven't seen so many hostels with pool, for me the pool is great option since you have to walk a little bit to reach the closest beach. The environment is relax and in the night the bar is open, is nice that you don't have to pay at the moment you ask for your drinks, they take note and you pay later. Sometimes the shared bathroom is not enough for the people.

Best hostel experience in Mexico. Staff and especially the owners (Hi Chris!!) love a chat and a beer. They put on drinks, pizza and band for xmas eve, and drove several ppl to hospital for illness. stayed an extra 3 days and would not think of staying elsewhere if i return. great stuff from Aussie Andy

The hostel was great and very laid back. I don't really understand some of the complaints... Steve, Chris and Garry made it extremely pleasant, asking you about ideas for the bar, telling you funny stories, really good guys! It is more of a hippie atmosphere rather than a "no fun but functional". Great place to meet people, the staff knows very well the area and tell you everything when you come in. I was meant to stay 2 nights ended up staying 5, went diving, really good! Cheers from Chile guy!
