RECEPTION HOURS: 9am-7pm please note that early check out and late check in can be arranged. Just contact one of our friendly and helpful staff.
Townsend Lodge is the home of Perth's best accommodation value. Our prime location and outstanding facilities will ensure that you have a great stay at an amazing price. Townsend is right in the heart of the city close to public transport, airport shuttle, down town shopping, cinemas, educational institutions, coffee shops, restaurants, nightclubs and other great places. Our residents are mainly Australians, International students and travellers which add to the fun, friendly and secure community atmosphere.
All residents must be 18 or over and provide valid photo I.D on check in. Please note that we require a $50 key deposit to be paid on arrivel that will be refunded when you check out.

I enjoyed my stay at Townsend Lodge however very brief. Should I be successful with a new job, I suspect I shall return regularly until I find permanent residence to move my family to Perth. Couldn\'t fault the friendly service and helpfulness from reception, my room was great and clean, amenities and showers were fine and I felt safe. I met some friendly people who made my stay all the more relaxing and enjoyable...
