Was ok, what you might expect. They do try and rip you off at every opportunity though. DO NOT USE THEIR TOURS, highly inflated prices

The double room we got was very spacious, included fast wifi and complimentary water. The AC worked well and it was perfectly clean. We were not very satisfied with location as there is no public transport to BSB and one taxi ride costs 10 bruneian dollars, impossible to negotiate. The breakfast is something you can miss with no regret, as it comprises of one plate with some beans, egg and toast. Also, make sure you avoid currency exchange that the receptions offers, it is a complete rip-off.

I wish to get some discount or any welcoming gift when International student card holder visits. In addition, if we have any brochure or map of Brunei, it will be much easier to make a plan for looking around the city.

the hotel quiet far out of the centre (there is a bus station across the street, but busses only run till 7 p.m.) - the bathroom incl. defect toilet would need a renovation - wifi didn't work in the room, only in the lobby

It's simple, clean n great, and definitely worth the price ! ^.^

The place is definitely not a hostel. But in the absence of hostels in Brunei (apart from the miserably rated pusat belia youth hostel), this is probably the best value for money, a budget traveller can get in this expensive country! Spacious, modern and very clean rooms. The bus station is nearby (bus number 55; pay attention: the bus service stops at 6 PM!) and there are a lot of restaurants and shops in the close surroundings! Staff is friendly but WiFi is really slow!

the place is great

normal standard in all aspect

This is a nice hotel, with good facilities, staff are fine, and plenty of places to eat near by. But it's no where near the centre of the city, costs $40 to get to the ferry terminal ($10 to the airport) and there really isn't much else around the area. So if you want a nice hotel at a good price, stay here, but if you want somewhere with easy access to the rest of Brunei it might not be for you, and budget for taxi's.

it is situated far from the city, so if you only stay a day or two there are cheeper guest houses just next to the busstation.

I had a good night at here.

very far from the city. they have a free bus to the city center, but no return bus from the city.

THEY OFFER THE BREAKFAST : American breakfast

good at that price, probably go back cause there is no cheaper rate of that room type in that town.

The one thing which was on the down-side was the isolation. This, of course, could be a plus for some people. But I was a one-nighter and the cost of the taxi (20 MYR to and 30 MYR return to Miri) was unexpected. The walk from the bus would have been impossible. But it was quiet, relaxing, and a cool evening breeze was wonderful. A place to read, write, and relax.

Place was clean and tidy and most importantly air conditioned. Only issue was that it was a little out of the way

Poor english skills by some of the staff members.

It is hard to carry two luggages along the stairway. Recommend that an elevator be constructed in the future. I would like to stay again in your place. Carmelo Go Email: carmelogo2005@yahoo.com

Completely charmless and in the middle of nowhere.

The Hotel is pretty good: you have TV, air-cond, fridge and free wireless connection in the room. The only problem (besides of the price US$38 for a single room) is that you are like 15' away from town, a taxi is around US$18; you have a bus stop opposite to the hotel but the bus runs every 30-45 minutes and stops at 18:00. I always hitched hick and not only they pick me up but also they gave me a free tour around Brunei and took me to the airport. Brunei people are really friendly.
