Great size rooms and porch with hammocks backing onto courtyard. Friendly family staff.. A short walk to the beach and next to main road with access to transport. Very pleasant stay.

We arrived in boracay late, and it was the perfect place to arrive to! Joel was very sweet. We enjoyed it!

The location was fantastic. We really enjoyed to stay in this hostel just 2 minutes away from the beautiful White Beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a 2 double-bed-room with shared bath and toilet. The cleanliness needs getting used to, but is was ok. Was atmosphere was nice. We definitely recommend to stay here. Thank u very much!

we enjoyed our stay in Trafalgar Cottages since the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is good. The advantage of this resort is very near to the old talipapa just a 3minute walk away and also no hassle for the long walk to the beach. but we are disappointed on the room, we thought that it was airconditioned since it was posted on the website. the owner said that standard room is not airconditioned so we decided to pay for an extra fan. nevertheless, its quite good and cheap.

I booked my vacation for 11 nights. Everything is decent with this place, the location, rooms, etc. The only downfall is that you have to pay to use the kitchen! 75 pesos per meal, there's no internet, and the owner is very rude, and very cheap. My advice to travelers, especially for foreigners to just stay at Surfer's Home, for just a little bit more, you get a nice room, with breakfast, and internet.

Good location- really not far from the beach and the restaurant "zest" next door does really good food! Rooms with a fan only were really hot on a night and so would recommend air con if your budget can stretch to it!

owner in trafalgar cottages was very kind to me and i could see that he alwaye clean around there there is nearby beach, so it was comfortable.

I can't say enough good things about this place. As a budget hostel it can't be beaten! Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Love the English theme! Great location. Basic, but very cheap! Thanks for having us, we'll come again.

Located a bit far from where it really happens, although it only takes yuo 15-20 mins to reach central on White Beach. The area is quiet and has a lively market just outside your doorstep. They`ll clean whenever you want, plus if you wanna get it cheaper - unplug the aircon and ask for a fan, that reduces the price even more.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Close to everything. I would recommend it to everyone who goes to Boracay island. And the owner is a wonderful person.

This hostel is located near Station 3 and very near to the beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful. We had a great stay. You are close enough to walk to the D*mall area where many of the restaurants and bars are but far enough to allow you some peace and quiet. A great place to stay.

Great atmosphere and helpful staff. You would need a delux room as the standard beds are very thin and they only give you one pillow. Saying that the location is excellent and its a great place to meet people.

This was a great place to stay. Rooms are simple and comfortable. The hostel is roughly a 2 minute walk to the Station 3 beach area. Drawback is no internet. There is an internet cafe as well as a restaurant next door with wi-fi. Staff are very welcoming and incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend a stay here.

I wish there was wi-fi at the hotel. Other than that, this place is almost perfect.
