We enjoyed our night at the hotel. the included breakfast was good, the staff absolutely friendly and everything was clean. its a good offer for that price!
Free welcome drink. Very kind staff. We were upgraded to a four bed room with bathroom, which was huge and clean.
Great place! I was there on my birthday, and they suprised me with a cake with my name writen on it! And gave us a free room upgrade. Really kind people! Room was Also very Nice! Close to citadel and restaurant.
Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Clean, friendly reception. Good location. Recommended!
Really nice staff, they picked us up from the busstation for free and we really felt welcome. We booked a DMZ tour with them which was well organized and had a reasonable price. The downside was, that we had no window in our room and the walls were very thin.
The location is ideal, on the south bank next to all the bars and restaurants of the tourist quarter (also lots of shops, spa and travel agencies). The citadel is only a 15-20 min walk away which is convenient. The staff were very helpful organising transfers for us to Phong-Nha and Hoi-An and were very friendly.
They upgraded us to a better room because they had a spare room, but the AC didn't work so we had to change rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and helped us get bus tickets for the airport bus. Some hit-and-miss restaurants around, so ask the locals where to eat. Dong Ba Markets are good for shopping and street food.
Located in a good area with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Across the street from the river. Staff were less than helpful and we felt like they were ripping us off and we were annoying them when we asked for help. Free breakfast was okay off of a menu. We had a Western style bathroom but it was very dirty. Room had no window but was very spacious. Possible blood on the wall and other stains everywhere.
Location is on the south side of the river in the backpacker area, with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. I would suggest if you are wanting to explore Hue and further afield either use a tour or hire a moped as you will not see much on foot. The Tran Ly, was comfortable and worked for our needs. The staff were helpful when organising a moped , but we had little requirements from them. I would recommend based on some of our other hostels.
Cheapest place we stayed in vietnam. Good location to go the citadel (just by the river). The room looked great, good shower, big tv which was nice. However, the AIR CON DIDN'T COOL DOWN THE ROOM. I think this is because there were holes in the wood of the ceiling, but either way we couldn't sleep because it was almost 40c with no air con and we only had 1 fan for 4 people. One night my friend had to sleep on the floor next to the fan because it didn't reach his bed. It was unbearable
Lovely hostel, breakfast was included and was nice. They gave you information but werent pushy with it. Great location near to the tourist hustle and bustle and not too far from the river.
Nice BUDGET hotel. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is ok. Located near to bars and a few restaurants. The rooms are very dark and dingy though and have a musty smell ( there were 6 of us staying in 3 different rooms and all were the same). Was ok or what we wanted though as we just needed a clean bed and shower for one night.
Had a great stay here! Great location right on the river, close to all the tourist sites, bars and restaurants. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Security guard was in duty all night. Room was clean and well appointed. If ever I return to Hue then I'd defintely go back!

Very friendly staff, got Vietnamese tea upon check in! Very clean and spacious room, no bar or restaurant, but nice quiet hotel if thTs what you're looking for!
Nice hotel. My room didn't have a window, but it was ok for the price.
Had a single private because I'm travelling solo - get what you pay for. Nothing special but the AC worked well.
Lovely clean guest house with friendly staff
Thanks a lot for everything. We had a nice stay in Hue. They have a good breakfast, good tourguide, organize traintickets etc. with a fair surcharge, good and reliable laundry service and so on. Could not be better.
Free breakfast was nice and they were able to hold our luggage while we roamed the city after checkout.
Extremely good value for money, which included breakfast. Reception / staff very helpful, particularly impressed that when we got back to the hotel to pick up bags after our DMZ tour they offered shower etc and help getting to train station. Rooms good size, with aircon / wifi / fridge. Beds and bathroom seen better days. Close to walk to everything. Had we been in Hue longer we would have stayed here.
