This place was shut down by the time we got there. We had a late bus in, and when we finally found it, it looked like it was out of business. After asking around we were told to just go in, and there should be some security guards with keys. It was just super dingy. The room was very old and had giant water marks on the ceiling, there was a cockroach in my sheets, and the bathroom smelled like there was something dead in there. We literally kept the door to the bathroom closed the whole time.

It is super basic, not very charming or nice, but it will do. We only stayed one night because there are a lot more charming places for a similar price. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Staff was okay I guess. It is right on the beach, but not e prettiest stretch of beach or anything.

This place was awesome! Perfectly located right on the beach it had a small but comfortable room and great food. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our shower broke a day after staying and they were on it right away! Also, next to all the beach bars so it's not a far walk to find some night life. They also have a very cute cat! We really enjoyed our time here and will return next time we're in the area.

Tranquility, but sometimes when there is no electricity they switch on a very loud generator right in the middle of the premises.

The staff was nice. The food was good. The location was near the water and shopping, but you had to go through a dirty alley filled with garbage to get in. The rooms were too expensive to only have fans. The bathroom sink didn't have a pipe, but a hose that ran into a hole on the floor. Maybe this was just because of the location, but it was kind of off-putting. Not a bad place to stay last-minute, but probably wouldn't stay in the area again.

I cant say I had the best time in Sihanoukville as I had my bag along with may valuables stolen, however the staff at the hostel were very helpful and informative and I am very grateful to have stayed in a place where they really care. The room is basic, but in a brilliant location. Would stay again as there is no substitute for friendliness, support and care in times of trouble. Thank you so much guys

Sihanoukville is not a nice place to stay and tranquility is even worse. Rooms with only a fan and not very clean at all. Sink in bathroom was hanging off the wall and eventually came off with water pouring everywhere and no staff around to help. Would not recommend.

Good location on Serendipity Beach especially being close to some nice bars for a relaxed drink. Room was very basic & musty, ceiling flaking, linen threadbare & pillow very lumpy. This place needs upgrading, my toilet broke one evening and I had to use bricks to stop it over-flowing because the staff aren't there overnight. The staff were not very engaging and seemed fed- up all the time.

Except for the location this is not a very good place. Rooms smelled a bit odd (both rooms i stayed in), bathroom can use an update.

What a great location. Right on the beach. The room was simple but had everything you'd need. The restaurant was good too. I would stay here again.

Best thing about this place is the location, staff were not very friendly but were ok. Trying to order anything in the restaurant is really difficult because of the big language barrier, showers where made for really really short people!

Location is great, the English owner is a very nice man. We stayed two nights, there was electricity blackout both nights (quite common in Sihanoukville, but noone at the GH warned us), the GH didnt have backup generator, no torches in rooms. After the first night we asked for another room, but both of them were really smelly because of huge damps all around the rooms and bathroom -> we couldnt sleep. The bathroom door knob was totally rotten. Its a real pity as this place has a real potential.
