This place was overpriced, the room was wet and mouldy and smelled awful! I am not even kidding. Avoid. To the management: fix your facility or close the place for good. I might even be so bold to suggest burning the place down and building a totally new one on top of it.
it's undeniable that the location was fantastic; right next to the beach. unfortunately, my friend's room got broken into and it destroyed our mood. The guesthouse in generally really need to upgrade their security, the guard were not very responsible. The doors seem very insecure, and the toilets can really have some kind of upgrades too. But the owner here is very friendly
Unfortunately, it rained for most of my time there but Jason Ian and Dari the beautiful waitress were friendly and helpful. The room was a bit shabby, but when the shower head of the toilet spray broke Ian had it fixed straight away. I imagine that the place is quite different in the sunshine. You're right on the beach and far away enough from the party bars to sleep. If you're in the mood they are quite a bit of fun. The only downside of sihanoukville is you will get overcharged all the time.
Staff where lovley and very helpful. Food is amazing there, even a Sunday roast . Right on the beach. A little rocky but a 2min walk and you are at the swimming beach.
