Superbly located in the heart of Moscow city center, TSH is one of the oldest hostels in Moscow staffed by multi-lingual friendly and fun backpackers. Our reception staff have a depth of local knowledge which help ensure that all guests get the maximum pleasure from their stay.

Our building is historically located, Moscow's most famous theatres, galleries and museums are practically on our doorstep.
Kitay Gorod quarter (9 minutes walking distance) is the best area in central Moscow, plenty of cafes and restaurants. The most interesting clubs are located in this area.

We very much enjoyed our stay: staff very friendly and helpful, pretty neighborhood, supermarket right across the street, reasonably close to subway. Small kitchen and free breakfast are nice extras. Downside: Several dorms lead directly into the kitchen/communal area, so it might get smelly and/or noisy depending on the kitchen/party habits of the fellow guests (however, this was not an issue during the days we stayed). We would definitely come back again the next time!
