Lindo hostel. limpio. seguro. buena onda la gente que labura ahi. Hugo, Juli son muy copados y serviciales. Estan pendientes de como la esta pasando el viajero. Como en familia. La habitacion que use estaba bien. Limpia. Buenas dimensiones. Buen wifi (gratis las 24 hs y en TODO el establecimiento). No tuve ningun problema. LO RECOMIENDO.

The Hostel was in convenient location and the majority of the staff has been friendly. Was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the toilet and the kitchen. The shower however needs major renovation and my friend who stayed in the same room with me suspected that her sheets have not been changed from the previous guest. The only major disapointment was one day when we got told off by one of the female memebers of staff for using wine glasses!

We spent 4 nights in the hostel. Our room wasn't too big, but it was enough for sleep, and it was clean. We got towels and bedclothes. There is a comfortable living room, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The bathroom wasn't too ligt, and there is one shower only. It is perfect place to stay if you need only a bed for sleeping. The staff was helpful and kind.

My stay was ok but the location was really unclear and they didn\'t answer my email or my phone calls. And they were really weird about me being out on the patio. I was allowed by the door but I couldn\'t walk a few steps to look at something. The patio only belonged to the hostel and there weren\'t any signs saying to stay by the door. The receptionist forced me to walk back by the door but wouldn\'t tell me why. It was really weird.

This is not the best hostel, but it's simple, quiet on the evening, not too far from the historic center of Barcelona. The cleanliness is ok, but it could be cleaner, the same for the security. The staff is friendly and helpful. And it's also not expensive, there is free wifi but no breakfast.

We had a graet stay at Trauko!

When we arrived at Ramblas Home, they told us, that we had to stay in another hostel (this one), because of an error. At the same price we got a very small room, with ONE bed! The kitchen was disgusting, so we chose not to make our own dinner. All in all very disapointing, and we didn\'t get any discount! The staff couldn\'t speak english, and the room we got were right beside the staffs\' room, and they watched very laud tv, and the walls were very thin, so we could hear every little sneeze.

Hugo is a great host. We had excellent contact with him and all the praise him and traucko hostel.

AWFUL. DO NOT BOOK. This was the WORST accommodation experience I have EVER had. I use budget accommodation, mostly in Spain, about 6 times a year, so I am realistic about what to expect. This, was awful. They moved me to another acommodation, an awful flat with no windows in eixample where i did not want to be. They were very slow to confirm the details of this new "accommodation". no window in my room, no living room, no housekeeping, noisy, hard to sleep. just awful. DO NOT BOOK.

very bad..2 weeks before they told me there has been an accident so the booking was cancelled.they did not cancel through hostelworld and they told me to give them information from my bank account in order to have my money back..all the e-mails they sent me look like a fraud...if you look to the hostel on google map you cannot find it..i am not sure it really exists anymore or what they are trying to do...NOT recommended

Hugo was very helpful. The hostel had some problems so we didn't stay there but the replacement accommodation was great.

The hostel is Ok for the price.

Unable to use the cooking stoves in the kitchen, which limits the choices for preparing my meal.

I enjoy my stay at Trauko Hostel. The location in the center is excellent and the other guests were quiet and respectful. I do not miss anything.

Good hostel. Clean, nice facilities, definitely has a Mediterranean feel to it. Good kitchen, nice rooms, would come back. Staff was friendly and open to help us with any questions. Great location to the metro stop.

The place is loud, no sound proofing. The bed was broken. Very small rooms. Everything is dirty: kitchen, livingroom, bathrooms.

Siamo stati nell\'ostello trauko nella settimana tra febbraio e marzo, come tutti gli ostelli bisogna avere molto spirito di adattamento, ma non è stato difficile. Nell\'ostello c\'è una sala in comune con pc tv e poltrona massaggiante, una cucina a disposizione di tutti e una grande terrazza. La camera, una doppia ha il giusto essenziale. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, bisogna giusto adattarsi un po\' ai bagni in comune e portarsi le infradito per la doccia.Comunque lo consiglio :)

One reception guy was friendly and helpful but not the other, the owner. When I wanted to extend my stay he spoke to me in a direspectful way that left me speechless for a few sec.and said he was having a conversation (a chat with tourists). He did - all evening. With difficulty I asked him about the payment. What I would say in the kitchen chats was completely not audible to him. My laundry:I waited forever and in vain for him just to switch the machine on and he was doing nothing all that time

very friendly and helpful staff, good location and most important is there was wifi access in the room. i like it :)
