They give free ear plugs (!!!!) and free soft/hot drinks all the time! It was a pleasure to stay here, and the location is excellent if you can handle the bus - the 24 takes you to most major sites. We had a great stay. The breakfast was lacking, but hey, it is free too so no complaints.

Nice and clean hostel. Great view across the road from it to the Battersea Power Station. A bit of a walk from the tube, but very very close to the bus stop. Good quality breakfast. Probably the best shower (hot and powerful) in all London hostels :)

The best place i've stayed in!!! It's very warm an you feel at home from the first moment you step in! the staff is very very helpful the first thing they do was offering me a free hot tea! they explain everything I wanted to know about london, is very near from Pimlico station and bus 24 has a stop just outside the place so you can get anywhere! you have a beautiful view of thames river if you're lucky to get a room with balcony, the beds are ok and the bathroom very clean.

It's the best hostel I've stayed at until now! It's not that far from pimlico train station, the staff is excellent, free soft drinks all day, there's a nice bar in the reception, a pool table, a guitar... they even lent me glue to fix my shoe! Oh and they served a nice breakfast :) It's everything I could ask for! definetly going back.

A surprisingly relaxed atmosphere for a hostel, didn't have much trouble with noise. The pub downstairs provide a nice way to interact with fellow travellers and having the free soft drinks/teas etc was a neat touch to make the experience more homely. The free wi-fi connection was a neat touch along with the affordable computers. The staff were very friendly and were always willing to help.

I enjoyed my stay here, the people were very nice and the staff were very nice. Go check it out for yourself. 100% better than the Palmers Lodge in Swiss Cottage.

The hostel was nice. The staff were friendly. The breakfast advertised was pretty budget, but still better than nothing. The bunks were comfortable, but the space between the top and bottom bunk was really small. I was in a 12-person room and it was quite cramped. My main issue was that there were fewer lockers available than guests and I didn't get one. Slept with my valuables under my pillow. Overall it was a nice place with a good vibe, but I probably wouldn't go back.

The staff were exceptionally good, very friendly and great hosts. The hostel is generally just average facilities, nothing mind blowing. Compared to other london hostels, from the sounds of it this place is above par. Compared to European hostels it is average. The 12 bed dorms are a tight fit, and the bunks move a fair bit if the person you"re sharing with is a wriggler. Place was clean, and all the locks where getting updated which was a good sign of security measures.

Great place. Only negative was that the beds weren't too comfortable. nice staff, and awesome building. best for people who just need a place to stay and not looking for a place to party.

Not that bad, for the travelling backpacker who's only around a couple of days. The rooms are slightly cramped, the security is so-so, and it's an old building so I can understand if it appears a tad unclean at times (hence the score I gave), but it's also warm and cozy, has friendly staff, a nice bar downstairs, and is a good place to meet other travellers. unfortunately it doesn't really have an area to escape to if you want to chill (like a common area)... But I overall I liked it!...

Excellent hostel, possibly the best I've stayed at so far. I love the all-inclusive feel (don't have to pay for wi-fi, sodas, towels, etc).

Simply one of the best hostels I have stayed at. Great relaxed atmosphere. Quiet enough to sleep, while remaining very social. Great location. Easy walk to some of London's most prominent attractions, easy access to public transportation (24/7). Safe and secure. The staff, especially the owner, went out of their way to make you feel welcome(he even converted some of my GBP to EURO even though they don't regularly do that.) Thanks for the great stay in london/
