Clearly these guys are trying very, very hard to deliver a superb experience to world travellers. Loads of freebies (breakfast, maps, soft drinks/tea/coffee, maps, WiFi, etc.) and very knowledgable staff. Comfy beds. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Accessible by public transport 24/7. The only facility that people on a real tight budget may miss is a communal kitchen. Otherwise, world class.

I have stayed in my fair share of hostels around the world, I can not express how much the staff here go out of their way to make you feel at home. Downstairs there is a friendly/comfy bar to chill out in during the day and eat their yummy pub food at night with a few drinks. There are chairs outside for sunny days. The manager of this hostel is by far the nicest I have ever come across, he helped me out with getting about to other places beyond what I would ever expected. Highly recommended.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. A little cramped, but it\'s a hostel, so that\'s to be expected. Felt safe and great neighborhood as well (very close to big attractions). Will probably stay here again for my second visit through London this summer.

This was our first stay at a hostel and it exceeded our expectations. Great staff and we loved having the bar downstairs! It made it incredibly easy to meet people. Thanks for an awesome time!

Special thanks to Sabrina and Thomas! I had an apologizably big fat bag, and both were very helpful. Also, thanks for your smiles and kindliness. The atmosphere of the bar was delightful enough not to miss going out to the city centre. I had a lovely stay :)

Everything was great overall. Lack of outlets by my bed in room six and a sometimes unattentive staff were the only minor problems. Great stay! Will be back

This Hostel exceeded all my expectations. We came in late, but had recieved an email with codes to get in just fine and got great advice from the staff about site seeing locations and how to schedule our day. But that was nothing compared to their help when I lost my passport. They gave me all the support I needed to get to the embassy, make calls to the airline, and attempt to track down my lost bag. They even made space for me for an extra two nights until I was able to get a replacement. A++

The staff was fantastic. Very communicative, nice breakfasts. The meals available are outstanding. Noisy neighbors were a problem . . . but it IS a hostel.

Stayed here for three days. the staff was wonderful, very helpful and provided service akin to a hotel. Love the free drinks and the relaxed bar atmosphere! Would stay here again, if back in London.

The welcome was up to par. It could easily beat lot of hotel hospitality. I did regret not booking more nights. I went on telling evryone I know who do spend lot of time in hostels, about the great service and friendlyness. I was surprised that the breakfast wansn't just cheap toast, marmalade & cereals with water juice, but no they had warm boiled eggs quality brands of orange & apple juice. Long breakfast hours. Free towels and enough shower facility.I could go on...why not go & check it out?

Great place! Staff was super friendly, nice beds, clean showers and a great location. There\'s a bus that stops in front of the hostel that takes you straight to the city center. Also easy to reach if you come from Gatwick airport. The next time I\'m going to London I\'ll definitely be staying here again :)
