All staff working very hard to make our stay a good one. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast & free drinks much appreciated. The washbasins in room no.4 so tiny they're difficult to use. More shelves & clothes rail for clothes storage would be helpful. 24hour bus service nxt to hostel great. Would be happy to stay again.

The hostel is really good. Friendly staff, clean... It isn't very close to the center, but there is a bus stop in front. The bus 24 will take you to some of the most famous sightseeing points like big ben.

Such an awesome hostel, in a great neighborhood, really close walk to places like Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Westminster Abbey etc. Staff were really friendly and it was really clean. Loved my stay here, next time I come to London there is not a chance that I'll stay anywhere else.

Very friendly staff and excellent location. I had to change plans, and they gave me very useful information to get around by myself and suggested other sightseeings.

The hostel has a nice character. The closest Underground station is a 10 to 15-minutes walk away, but there is a bus station right in front of the hostel. The room was okay, but some coat hooks would have been nice (as we visited London in December our wintercoats alone almost filled the lockers). Also, there is not much room for lugagge in the rooms. However, the room and bathroom were clean and well equipped.

It was a bit far from Victoria coach station but if you little homework there is bus stand outside the hostel and tube station which is 5min far, talking about staff all were friendly and great though, there was a Florida guy working on reception who sounded very friendly and kind, explained all and great conversation. I was lucky because i booked 6 bed room and luckily with same price I got premium room which has private bathroom and sky tv etc all were fantastic.

The mattress is not the most comfortable.

I loved staying at this hostel. It was a very comfortable and fun environment with many nice people staying there. The staff was very nice and accommodating. My stay was very pleasant.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Travel Joys Hostel Chelsea. The staff there is AMAZING and truly the reason why my stay was so enjoyable. The hostel was in a great location in London making everything easily accessible. The breakfast is a great perk, and the hostel was very clean! Couldn't have picked a better place! When I go back to London, I will not hesitate to stay there again!

I had a wonderful stay at Travel hostels! After arriving, they provided me with maps, and everything I needed to know about my stay. All rooms were secure with a code and also with lockers (with locks to rent). Everything was clean, though the showers a bit stuffy, and small sinks. Breakfast was more than sufficient for the day, and having a pub as your loving room wasn't so bad either. That atmosphere was always fun and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others or to book again.

Staff is good. They are kind and breakfast is good. I like boiled eggs. Although I arrived there too late, they permitted that I enter there. (I offer you my heartfelt thanks for your favor.)

Everything was great except sometimes the water pressure is not good enough for people staying in the third floor. Other than that there is nothing to complain about. Absolutely great hostel!!!

The stay at travel joy was excellent, lovely comfortable beds and nice and warm rooms, with am interesting view of the river. The breakfast was perfect, i had eggs and toast and brown bread and orange juice. I noticed the staff being very helpful! The only thing i regret is not staying longer. KMark Murphy.

Great atmosphere here, staff are friendly great lounge /restaurant/bar. Really nice social place and good fairly central location. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean if a bit small. I would definitely stay again.
