Room felt a bit cramped but it's London, not much to be done about that I suppose

Good service, nice people. Reception should be open 24/7 though.

It is a nice hostel!! Kind staff, good atmosphere, and included breakfast :) but I felt location is little bit inconvenient, because far from a station :(

I was only here for a brief period but it was excellent. The staff were great and the facilities were really good. If I come back to London, I know where I'll stay.

I like it on the whole. The room is quite small but still satisfying. One thing is that the lock of one of room 4's shower is broken and for the 7 days I stayed, nobody tried to fix it so the 8 people in my room can only use one shower which is kind of inconvenient. Another advise is that you really should change some mattress in the room, I can feel every single spring when I lie on it. Anyway, it's worth the money and free drink is nice. Staff are really helpful so I would recommend it.

Loved the free drinks from the bar anytime (non alcoholic), free earplugs and free lollies. My room was a little cramped though. Staff were very friendly. Quite easy to get to all the main sites by tube or bus. I would stay here again

Very nice hostel and value for money - I got more than I expected. Kind and helpful staff, flexibility, mixture of culture and great co- travellers.

It was a travel with a lot of first time experiences for me: first time traveling alone and first time staying in a hostel. It was great. The staff is kind and nice and the atmosphere is pretty good. You get the chance to meet friendly people from all over the world and the common area always has some good music playing on the background (Nirvana, Deftones, Morcheeba...). I will be there again, when I get back to London.

deceptively awesome lounge/bar downstairs. so comfortable! Unfortunately, the bathrooms are pretty heinous, especially the showers. Also, 12 bed mixed dorm quite yuck and over-crowded.

Pluses: Good crew. Quite good pub. Near underground. Located on the river Thames. There are quite long beds (I'm 187 сm), toilet and 2 bathrooms into the room. Comfortably. Free map+++. Cons: The first night (from mine 8 in late November) was cold ~ 15C (inside the room). Blanket saved me. The rest nights were quite warm (enabled heating). Lock of window was broken for 3 nights. Blowing. Then it had been replaced. Lock one of the two bathrooms was absent for all the time.

I had a good stay here, not much around it locally by night but short walk to trains and bus right outside. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean.
