This hostel occupies three floors with the elevator. Large spaces, the elevator, the kitchen, good showers and toilets, movies room, good free breakfast, friendly staff. On the other side, there is little space and almost no facilities in the dormitories, except beds. It may be cold in the dormitories, but you can ask for a heater. Beds are good and it is possible to sleep comfortably.

Really well organised, free breakfast, towels, Nice TV room with Loads of dvds etc, always always warm water in showers which is a great plus, appreciate the fact that there is no drunk annoing travellers as they dont accept or promote alchohol on site,

If you want a good nights sleep then do not come here - okay for very young backpakers, who are free to sleep all day and go out during the night. Anyone who wants to feel like they have slept well, should avoid it. Staff were friendly but otherwise there was a bit of an unwelcoming atmosphere in the hostel - people stick in groups. People stealing food in common kitchen and getting away with it, people sleeping on the floor in the halls who weren't actually booked into the hostel.

It seemed like too many people were working there... or none. Everybody looked (acted) like staff but not to keep the kitchen clean or pick up a glass or paper from the floor that could be there for hours and hours. My staying wasn't bad but still I felt like the staff didn't give a rat's ass about anything. I don't know how to put it in words... just didn't feel ok.

Are you over 45 and defeated by life, do you enjoy sleeping on the floor and stealing food, possible substance abuse issues or just been kicked out of the homeless shelter one too many times? Then this is the place for you! I've stayed in around 50 different hostels and this would have to be the worst. Creepy atmosphere- saw a guy pass out with his eyes rolling back in his head in the tv room and staff did nothing. Good security on main entrance but was more worried about what was inside.

Absolutely fab hostel. Excellent facilities, including its KITCHEN, the common rooms to eat, to have a chat and drink a cup of tea or alcohol (they kindly offer free fruit juice and water etc..) and & to watch a movie and TV, clean toilets & shower room (the staff lent me a bath towel FOR FREE!), good wifi service, etc....! And the inside the hostel is so warm (London is really cold even in the end of March...) and super comfortable!!! Can't write down how perfect they are!!! Highly recommended!

This was a great hostel to stay in, and it has so much to offer! The staff were really friendly and helpful. The most off-putting thing about the hostel was the guests in fact, they didn't clean up after themselves, were noisy, etc. A lot of them were lacking in common courtesy and it's not the responsibility of anyone else to change that. Still though a nice location in a lovely area, I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting London!

Having bean bags strewn about the place means that you always have the choice of moving to a quiet corner or joining a group. There's a nice balance of people going to work/study, and travellers passing through. The staff are exceptionally helpful and will go out of their way to get something done for - unusual and very nice to experience!

Kitchen was most of the time really dirty. If you fancy the flower and you're weird stay in here! Showers were the best I've come across in England so far. Mostly friendly people staying in here.

It is rather far from the city centre but close to tube station. Cheap by London standards. Good breakfast. They say that they do apply strict non-alcohol policies (may be a blessing or a curse depending on your preferences, I didn't take a chance to test how serious they are about it). No additional charges or hidden fees. And one curious thing - I have never seen so many people sleeping on the floor in the hostel before.

The hostel is more like a big house. Many long term residents and a really good atmosphere when in the evening you want to have a chat with someone. Staff is excellent and available 24/7 Unfortunately the cleanliness is a big black spot, especially in the toilets.. Many of the residents are quite uncivilized, noisy and disrespectful. But this isn't a management fault. Suggestion: Maximum age limit (around 35). There is quite a good number of over 40s defeated-by-life people who are out of place

Great, clean, safe place to sleep. For EXTRA comfort I might get another cooking stove into the kitchen and take off the TV from dining room but I don't know if other hostel residents would agree with me about the latter :) Overall, I had a good, much needed sleep and staff was really friendly. It was great to be able to leave my stuff into the luggage room for the day of checking out.
