Great place to stay. It is a hotel at hostel prices. Great location (walking distance of the night market and the beach), the staff are extremely helpful and professional, and the facilities are great.

Normal hotel, location is okay, staff is helpful. If you don't expect a hostel, you can stay here, it's pretty okay, though nothing great.

A decent place to stay, and I had a great time cos I got upgraded to a private room with English TV - yey! The staff are really helpful but no-one speaks English so if your Mandarin isn't so good you might struggle. It's right in the centre of the town, lots of eating options nearby and staff helped me book the next stage of my trip. I'd stay here again - actually I tried to but they were full!

The hostel is quite faraway from Taitung train station, but close to the famous rice noodle eatery in the area and close to the bus terminal if you are heading to Jhiben hotspring bath/National park.

I really enjoyed talking to the locals manning the front counter. They are very warm, friendly and helpful, really helping me with my itenery and logistics. =) The hostel is also 3-4 min walk to the night market and streets of shops, which makes it convenient to walk around since public transport/bus only comes once an hour . Convenient Central location and friendly staff! The room also has basic cleanliness.
