When we arrived at the hostel after a long journey, we were told they didn't have our booking. The woman on the desk was very helpful and sorted us a room for the night. The room smelled odd the moment we walked in, and looked like it needed some TLC. The next morning we were ready to leave after we saw a tramp let himself into the complex using a wire not a keycard. The beds were clean and staff were helpful, but we won't be staying here again I'm afraid.
