I wouldn't stay here again. There are many hostels at the Centro Comercialo. Witch is the cool area. This was a good location too, opposite of a park. BUT: 2 things got stolen while i was there (for 2 days). There are no lockers. The common area is full with the staff. I got there eary early in the morning after a long bus ride, and they made me wait until exactly 12:00h even though the room was EMPTY and CLEAN the whooole time. atmosphere is 0. And NO toilet paper! The park is nice though..

the hostel was in a nice location, right across from a park which had great cheap food stalls! the hostel owner is a nice guy and the staff are friendly but as many other reviews have said there never seems to be anyone around when you need to ask about something or buy something from them. also in the big dorm room downstairs a few of us all had bed bugs :( not very nice. the owner didnt seem that worried about it either, he just kind of laughed it off saying that it happens in hostels.

Very helpful and friendly owner omar

Omar was very confused and online we had booked a private doubleroom. BUT, there aren't any privates at all at this hostel. We were shown a 3 bed dorm and told some ridiculous lie about the booking system.

The owner of the hostel is terrible. He seems friendly at first but is NEVER around. There was never any toilet paper in the bathrooms, the wifi worked for two minutes in every hour. All of this we could have put up with however when he said our laundry would be ready at 3pm on Monday and it is not ready until 8am Tuesday that is just good enough, even in Bolivia! We missed the 2day tour we booked on Tuesday because he had all our laundry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL

Omar was a great host, but his receptionist wasn't the best, and most guests were left waiting until Omar arrived halfway through the day to sort out there problems. Our room was great, overlooking the plaza that was constant entertainment. The Internet however was atrocious, it didn't work at all. Hot water can also be intermittent.

Nice quiet hostel 5 blocks from the main square. No breakfast or internet. Really friendly and helpful staff. Good kitchen and bathrooms.

Very comfortable, nice staff who are easy to access and ask questions of. Decent kitchen and a nice little courtyard to enjoy overall. Stayed in a triple private with shared bathroom, and overall found it very pleasant and a great deal.
