Stayed there for 10 days and below were my observations: 1. The size of the room was okay for a double bed. 2. The bed was broken, the mattress were quite crap, switch for the mattress warmer was left below the bed 3. The toilet flush didn't work very well, the faeces would have floated in the bowl the next morning 4. WORST of all - Can't get any WIFI on my SG2 mobile despite numerous complaints 5. Heating facilities were inconsistent, you need to ring them to turn it up

There was smelling when we open the room. No clear explanation from Reception staff. The staff gave us key of room 105 without tell us where is room 105. She only showed the way after we asked. Overall facilities were good and full of tour information. We were happy stayed at Travelers A.
