Kind staff, good location. There are 2 metro stops for 2 of the 3 lines within walking distance. It lacks atmosphere, but I saw that in most places I stayed in throughout Egypt. They could empty the waste basket in the bathroom on a daily basis. Thanks to Egyptian plumbing, you can't flush the used toilet paper. You can imagine what the waste basket looks like after 5 days.
The staff was very friendly and made our airport pick up very easy.
Magit and Dia (owner) are incredible and hilarious (& Omar!). My cousin and I came here from Abu Dhabi for a few days, and all 3 of them were extremely welcoming. They even wrote the arabic names of certain places so we could just give it to the taxi driver. The rooms are nice and clean, and they have balconies! Perfect location in downtown Cairo, and walking distance from the Egyptian Museum, and across the street from GAD! We wish we could have stayed in Cairo longer! -- Kevin & Vicky
