Even though we did book a double room with ensuite bathroom the bathroom was not attached to our room. It was "just" a bathroom on the corridor marked as "private", but sometimes other guests were using it as well.

The hostel is very well run and overall a great choice. It is a little bit of a walk to city center, but the walk is safe and takes you past many nice restaurants and shopping areas. The best part is the charming ladies that staff the hostel. They are super nice and helpful for suggestions and helping you get accustomed to Santiago.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were really comfortable, and rooms are clean. we were fresh from a flight suffering jet lag and it was perfect. Although the rooms were quiet and comfy, if you wanted to party there was free pisco downstairs in the sočal area and everyone joined in playing card games etc. great fun and a great way to start our trip in chile.

The staff really made this hostel. Jenn organised a pisco night which was basically a very sociable night of free alcopoppy drinks for hostel guests. We had already met a few of the other guests over breakfast and met more at the drinks. We wanted to stay longer! A good super market is just a minute away, places to eat out close by, metro nearby too and a plaza where you people watch to your heart's content.

good hostel, everything is above average apart from the showers which should have warm water on a regular basis, friendly staff, would specially like to thank the amazing girl from new zealand who was incredibly helpful with everything.

It is a very nice place, spanish and english spoken. The atmosphere was nice and we became a warm welcome, and all the information we needed. Especilly the "Pisco Sour" evening was funny with all the international travellers. I can highly recomend this place. Muchas Gracias chicos....

Great hostel with super friendly and helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there! The facilities were kept nice and clean. Just 2-3 blocks from the closest metro and a short 10 minute walk to the main plaza... My only qualm is that the hostel is not clearly identified from the outside and with the lack of street signs in Santiago, it was a little hard to find at night.

location is great with Plaza de Armas and the main downtown sites all in close walking distance. plenty of restaurants, bars, & couple of supermarkets close too. hostel was comfortable and homely. stayed in a dorm room which was spacious and with comfortable beds. staff were friendly and very helpful - the free pisco sour before taking us out on Friday was great! Few internet problems while I was there, but was fixed and working fine by the time I left. Definitely recommend.

This hostel is excellent. Location is great just 10 minutes walk to the centre of Santiago and at the edge of Barrio Brazil which has great bars and restaurants. Place seems brand new and is spotless clean. Breakfast was good and staff are also very helpful.
