Hot water didn't work sometimes. Breakfast can be better. Really close to the subway and historical center (which is not very pretty). Beds were great, but noisy at night.

I stayed here for 4 nights. 2nights on both sides of a trip to easter island. it was perfect if you are looking for privacy and quietness. i had a 5 bed dorm to myself for two nights and only one person with me the other two nights. Morning staff were great for helping with organising any trips or activities within santiago and chile. Disliked the breakfast-the milk was sour and the breag stale. Also breakfast was 730-930 and food was removed before scheduled time

Positive: Located near plaza Brazil. Big bunk beds in dorm. Breakfast was fine. Bathrooms were very clean toilet paper was scarce. Good tv room. Negative: We were the only people staying in this large hostel so for us there was no atmosphere or character at all. Locker doors fell off. Staff were preoccupied with friends. No kitchen or laundry.

very nice and clean hostal. would recommend it. can be quite noisy in the morning though. also you should like coldplay as they play it on an infinite loop...
