Hallo, we had to find another hostel, it wasn´t booked, and they had no free rooms. The owner didn´t get the money we had to pay for commission. So please transfer back the payment soon. Greatings Denise Leisentritt

Everything was awesome. The beds were comfortable. The showers had hot water. The bathroom and dining area stayed clean. And, the staff was very friendly. The hostel looks like a hotel, but the price is really good. I've stayed at 3 hostels in Santiago, and this is the best.

Hi ! thanks for your lovely comments. We enjoyed having you here, and we hope to see you again when next in Santiago, and feel free to pop round any time once you get that job sorted here. All the best, TPH :)

I thought it was a well rounded hostel, simple hotel like facilities, probably not the best place to meet people, but the standard of cleanliness and the hostel run professionally like a hotel has its advantages too.

A decent hostel in itself but which seems to attract the strangest of guests. Staff were friendly and provided us with expert recommendations on where to eat, shop and what to do. However the hostel was pretty dead and had no atmosphere. No hot water in showers! If ur travelling on a really tight budget and just want a place to crash 4 the night then its ok but for the younger travellers looking to meet people and have a bit of fun i wud recmd spending a little more and staying closr 2 centre

Dear customer: We are so sorry about your experience in our hostel. About the hot water, we had a presion problems with that showers, now is okay. About the noise, or quiet place, we are making each time we can a differents entertaiment for our guests, like a ping-pong competition, Pisco Sour Night, cards games, etc.... we are so appreciate about your comments!!,The comments from our guests , are really, really important to us!!!, is the way to learn and be better every day!! TPH Staff

Even though we did book a double room with ensuite bathroom the bathroom was not attached to our room. It was "just" a bathroom on the corridor marked as "private", but sometimes other guests were using it as well.
