Hostel is close to everything you want it to be. However the hostel is VERY DIRTY. I was scared to shower in their bathrooms. ( have they ever been cleaned???) Some staff are friendly and helpful and others are dismissive and rude.

I really liked the mood of the place and the staff was great. The Lounge was a comfortable place to hang around. This is a youth hostel and for once it lived up to t. My visit was really laid back and comfortable.

You should improve quality and assure there will be electricity all the time.

For people who require certain standards it is not to recommend but if you do not care about the cleanest rooms and toilets it is brilliant in the sense that the location is excellent. It is close to everything in town and less than two minutes away from the huge shopping mall Palladium. The breakfast is not worth getting up for in the morning, but overall I loved my stay at Hostel Dlouha, and I especially recommend this place to backpackers and other travellers. And the price was so cheap!

The best thing was the location. When we arrive one towel was dirty, we advise that and no one replace it. One boy of the staff was kind, but the guy that was there the most part of the time wasn't pleasant and was very annoying to have to ask him for help. They didn't book for us the right room and we had to pay more than we expected.

The Hostel was very good. I was lucky, because I paid for a room without a shower and they gave me a room with shower by the same value, however I stayed there for 3 nights and 2 of them I and my girlfriend couldn't sleep well.. I stayed in the second floor and a group of people started to drink on the corridor. they were drinking, running, talking all the night on the corridor and there was no staff to check this out. it looked that the noise was inside my room.
