I really appreciate to every staff in travellers house. They are always kind and cool. and the speciality of the hostel has everyday various kinds of night party. The hostel is located near the subway station, if you arrive at midnight, you don't have to worry. The breakfast is special, because it is cooked by your choice. I strongly recommend this hostel!

All excellent! Stayed here for two weeks, and think I got to meet all/most of the staff, who were very accomodating and friendly! I was so settled, and having my breakfast cooked for me every morning was the best thing ever to me! :-) Thought that I may possibly run out of things to do, but there is plenty to do in and out of Lisbon. Sintra trip is definitley a must - good value for money, and a beautiful place - bring the piriton if you suffer from hayfever! :-)

I booked here for 2 nights because of the 96% reviews. If they were giving fruits at breakfast,if you had warm water to wash your hands on all floors,I will also had given 96%.Watch out in the kitchen...there is a little step and I did hurt my big toe very badly. Now,one thing is 100%:Location,taking good care of you at check-in and wifi.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Juan showed us the best parts of Lisbon to see and Alex took us on an awesome pub crawl! The hostel always had something to do and every need was met! Best part of our Europe tour for sure!

Fantastic staff. very friendly and helpful. to be picky the weakest point is the breakfast that could be improved easily adding some cheese and more choice of jam.

Nice location. Nice staff. Clean and safe. Good activities at nights, like wine and food tasting, but hard to meet people if you didn't participate in those since the whole common area was filled with the activity. A lot of tables for eating, but the kitchen too small. Too few computers with bad places to sit. Absolutely a fine hostel, but maybe a little bit overrated.

This is the best hostel I've ever stayed at. The staff is excellent, they would sit with you to recommend thigs to do in the city, the activities offered by the hostel at night are really nice- I specially recommend the fado night. The rooms are spacious, the location is absolutely perfect, oh and the kitchen! They have everything, and I hadn't used a sharp knife for months until I came here. And they lend you macs and ipads which is also nice. The best hostel.

This is in the top echelon of all of the hostels I've stayed at in Europe. Definitely the cleanest. Absolutely immaculate. Rules like no food in the rooms or common areas are very considerate and effective. Even had iPads for use! Staff quite helpful and provide a wonderful atmosphere. Also went on the day trip to Sintra and would absolutely recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

This is, hands down, the best hostel I've ever stayed in! The location can't be beat and the beds are comfy. But, what really makes this hostel fantastic is the staff. Jurgen, Gui, Joao - you're all rockstars! The social events they organize each night are super fun and a great way to get to know other guests. The only thing I can think of as a negative is that they don't have an elevator, so hauling luggage up/down the stairs can be a bit of a pain, but this is a minor complaint!

This is by far the best hostel I have ever been to. The staff was awesome, the events they had at night brought the hostel together as an atmosphere. It was very intimate, social, and the rooms were great too. I could not recommend this place enough. I will return

Simply the best Hostel I have ever stayed in. The facilities and the location were great, but the staff is what makes this place special. Perfect balance between informing, guiding and offering company without being intrusive. Joao y Jörgen, you are the best! Cheers, Sebastian from Buenos Aires / Amsterdam
