The staff are friendly and they help you out greatly. The beds are soft and fluffy. They pay attention to details like giving you a basket by your bed to leave things in. They run their own good nightly activities, rather than handing you off to some third rate company that's paying them. They offer their own trip to Sintra, a must see if you have time. The breakfast is good, with great ladies offering you toast and eggs. I don't think I'd stay anywhere else in Lisbon.

It's the perfect hostel!!! The staff is very friendly, very fun, very helpful! Location couldn't be any better! I almost saw all of Lisbon by walking. It's just super central!!! For a hostel of that size and for being sooo highly frequented, it has very very clean facilities!!! Clean rooms, clean showers, etc... I had a great time there and I would highly recommend it!!!!!!!

Great acommodation, great stay, nice people, nice place, clean, neat. Food and fun fantastic. Certainly I will be back.

best hostel i have stayed in- best location for seeing all of lisbon, the staff go out of their way to help with everything! They give you a real insight into the local culture- the activities they plan are fantastic. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic, managers where very helpfull. entertainment and Tours organised wgre great. Plenty of friendly staff. Location was graet.

The toilet/bathroom could have improve to a better level.

Great place, right downtown in Baixa - central to everything. Fantastic staff, and the nightly excursions were a great way to see Lisbon and meet your fellow travellers. Would recommend to anyone.

The hostel is great. They've lokers, good beds, great staff, events, good location... It is one of the best hostels i've been a guest.

Thank in particular to the staff of Travellers House for a lovely stay. They really do care about making sure you are having a good time and are extremely helpful and kind. The hostel itself is clean with a really nice atmosphere. Having cooked eggs for breakfast being another lovely touch. I would highly recommend a stay here.

This is the best hostel that i have stayed in during my entire year of travel throughout Europe. The staff were amazing and always really helpful and their advice was amazing.

Best place I've stayed. Showers had problems first day, and as soon as I said something to reception, they were fixed—something that's never happened anywhere else. And all the usual reasons. Wish I was still there.

Usually when a hostel gets so many good reviews, I assume someone must be monkeying with the ratings system. This is not at all the case with Traveler´s House. It is, in fact, the best hostel I´ve ever stayed in. The staff were great and INSISTED that we have fun and do interesting things. Lisbon´s not bad either.

This hostel was the best I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in a few! They have everything you need in terms of clean rooms, lounge room area, tv/movie area, computer area (apple macs to use), a great breakfast (staff make the eggs and toast for you). What is the nnicest part of the stay at the Travellors House is the staff, they are so friendly and so helpful, you can tell that they really care about people having a good stay in Lisbon and enjoying the sights. Definitely a great hostel!!!!
