Depending in which room you will stay, it can be noisy on the same floor as the living room, because of the doors.

Awesome hostel with a wide variety of events organized by the hostel. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great common area for meeting people and awesome free breakfasts!

This is a wonderful place where inmediately you are able to make friends around the world. The place is run in a way that really promotes the interactions between guests. Lovely activities every night a wonderful staff Gui: thanks for the welcoming Petiscos; Joao, thanks for a very special Fado night, we are still talking about your "bag of wonders"; Jørgen: thanks for the Bday night walk, you are a special soul!; Alex, full of smiles, thanks for all the help, keep eating your fruis!

I couldn't recommend Travellers House more highly, the staff are so friendly and attentive. The various tours are spot on for a flavour of Lisbon night life and culture. The breakfasts are brilliant and a welcome perk for any weary traveller, I think Travellers house is a must for anyone wishing to experience all the vibrant, unique old world charm that Lisbon has to offer. In a word amazing!!!

This was hands down the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and really created a fun and comfortable environment at the hostel. The events planned by staff and the daily free breakfast were amazing. LOVE THIS PLACE! Coming back is a must.

The entire staff was amazingly helpful and nice. The events put on by the staff are a lot of fun and really let everyone meet each other. The rooms are comfortable and clean and everything feels secure. Breakfast in the morning is delicious and the amenities are great!

Great, great, great hostel! First time I have stayed in a hostel in two years and reminded me why it's so great! Clean, warm and welcoming environment, made to order breakfast, and a wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff!

Nice place but more for a silent/decent stay... Not so many pubcrawls!!!

Probably the best hostel I've ever stayed in and I've travelled most of Europe. Amazing staff, really friendly, great location right in the centre of town and a quick walk to the old town. They organise activities every night, great for a solo traveller or a pair who want to meet other people. Absolutely fantastic, wish I was still there!!

The staff is very friendly and the location is fantastic.

For me, the only problem is that the room's curtains don't work (they are short and too white). So, after 7am the room is already bright and it gets difficult to sleep.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay! I stayed for three nights with my two brothers in a three person room.. So we had our privacy but were also able to mingle with other guests and staff! Joao was amazing! This was my very 1st hostel experience and he set the bar HIGH! When I first walked in he made me feel like home, and throughout the whole stay he was very personable. This hostel was very easy to meet people and I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone going to Lisbon!!

Amazing hostel! The location cannot be improved, and the facilities are more than OK. The staff was simply great. Always ready with the perfect piece of advice and tremendously passionate about their city and culture. Always so happy to help and as warm as real friends. The activities organized for each night helped so much to improve the atmosphere in there, and they gave us an interesting point of view of Lisbon culturaly speaking.

Best Hostel we have ever been to. Joao is an amazing guide with wonderful ideas for every day. We just loved to be at Lisboa. And we will def. come back to this amazing hostel!

10/10 secure - 10/10 location - 8/10 breakfast - 10/10 cleanliness and the staff? 20/10! why ? they are the most friendly people you can possibly meet in a hostel which will make your stay very pleasant. Each night they have an event so you can meet new people. Do the Sintra trip it costs €25 but, with Nuno (driver) you will love it, he is a very cool man. Big thank to Giorgia, Gue and the Norwegian guy: you are amazing.

very very nice hostel, even if you go there alone, you never feel lonely. everynight they have different organizations. and you meet with people from other countries. Stuff is very nice and helpfull. If you are going to stay in Lisbon best choice will be "Travellers House".

The best place ever! Great and very helpful staff, great location, very clean... I would recomend to everyone who is travelling to Lisbon to stay in Travellers House. You would see why is one of the best hostels in the world!
