I am not sure if I have had a more positive experience at a hostel anywhere in the world. Staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. The events that the hostel coordinates were a lot of fun. The hostel common room provided a great place to meet people. The hot cooked breakfast provided a nice start to the day. And the location was a short walk to points of interest and the metro.

This is one of the best hostel we've ever stayed in Europe. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. And selection of music they play is really good. we know because of the staff (Gee who is a excellent DJ)!! We would def come back to this hostel!!!!

best hostel ever

Like many who travel to hostels, I was incredibly curious to see what makes this top the list of best hostel in the world for so many years. The answer is yes the hostel itself is great in so many ways, but they realize what makes hostels memorable are the people you meet and organize great activities etc accordingly! Great spot and staff and breakfast too. :) Can be noisy if you have the room by the stairwell door w people returning late at night, don't forget earplugs.

Fabulous hostel, felt like an upmarket hotel. Really helpful staff. Lovely breakfast (eggs, bacon, pancakes) and great facilities. By far the nicest hostel I have ever stayed in

I felt like staying at home with a kitchen on each floor and travellers talking with each other in the common room. The location is excellent and the rent is very reasonable.

Bloody ripper hostel. Staff are very kind and informative, they make it easy to experience the authentic culture of Lisbon, as well as the party spots. It's the place to stay.

Great location, very clean room, but a little bit cold and noisy - you can hear everythink from your room.

Awesome place!! Can't enough good things about the staff and this hostel in general! The staff is always happy to give you great suggestions for just about anything. So ask away. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Lisbon.

The hostel was wonderful and very accommodating with everything! They went out of their way to give recommendations on places to eat, go out, tourist attractions etc. which really made the trip so much more enjoyable. The breakfast is awesome and the best I've ever had at a hostel. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lisbon!

This hostel was amazing! The location is great, and the rooms and facilities top-notch. The best thing, though, was the attitude; the staff were awesome! Especially João and Gui, but everyone was cool and friendly, always willing to help out and give some recommendations. The free breakfast is amazing and a good motivator to get out of bed after a big night. Thanks guys! - Craig

Brilliant, would recomend to anyone. Clean, spatious and the private rooms are better than a hotel as your own kitched you get your own kitchen! Staff are so helpful and always ready to give you advice and pointers for cool things to see and amazing things to eat. You should so stay here!

Best hostel-experience I have ever had! Thank you! keep up! ( The only disappointment was that the nutella was not nutella.. :) )
